We booked the Ada Hotel and were given a room in the "Ada deluxe" this room is separate from the main part of the hotel, it is only a short walk away. Room: One queen bed, a cot was also provided at no extra charge. Lounge area has a big sofa, the sofa doesn't open but was more than sufficient... More

We arrived in ataturk airport in july and the driver after talking with owner waited one more hour for us till we got our luggage. At first we were a bit uncomfortable when we went in to the building because it looks a little cramped but we were amazed to see beautiful apartment instead of standard room due to renewation.... We are a Mexican family of three members; we stayed from 6-12th of July, during Ramadan. This was our second stay with the Ada Hotel, but we were surprised to discover that a new building was expecting us, just down the hill from the "first Ada". The room was fantastic: a triple room in a sort of basement, which included... More

The Ada hotel is stones throw from Sultanahmet Square.but located on a quiet street. I stayed in room 501 of the annex building.. I pouted for a moment when then owner took us down the hill to the "new" Ada. My pout turned into a big smile once the door was opened to reveal the spacious well appointed suite with... More

The hotel has great views of the harbour and is conveniently located near the Blue Mosque (Sultanahmet is small, most locations are convenient). The breakfast spread is great, and served on the 5th floor balcony overlooking the harbour. The rooms are nice (we stayed in two), spotlessly clean, and beds are comfortable. The hotel is run by a very nice... More

Breakfast was superb! I was surprised by the wide variety of foods served for breakfast at Ada. It was the best ever in my whole trip in Turkey. Services were great with the very kind assistance from the owner. The room was clean and equipped with all I ever wanted from a city hotel. I was very satisfied. Though the... More

I booked Ada Hotel six months in advance. I really wanted to like this hotel. Read all the reviews. Was very excited to stay there. We arrive and there is a problem with our sea-view room I booked months in advance. We get taken down the road, steep hill, to an apartment. Not a pretty sight out the windows and... More

Small (16 rooms) charming hotel in excellent position. Scrupulously clean. Attractive typical Turkish decor although room a little quirky - had an ensuite shower room plus a whirlpool bath in the bedroom! Complimentary tea & coffee, kettle, microwave and fridge in room. Complimentary computer access in foyer. Early morning call from nearby mosques added to the character. Fantastic buffet breakfast... More

Even though Ada Hotel is just steps away from the Blue Mosque and the other major tourist attractions, it is located on a quiet street with a beautiful view of the sea. The owner is very knowledgeable about Turkey and his advice along with the hospitality of his staff made our stay a truly memorable one. A gourmet breakfast is... More
