What a great hotel. I can not recommend this place highly enough. We arrived at around 7pm after a 22 hour flight from Australia, and upon arrival we received a lovely cup of tea and a Turkish delight while Onar (the gentleman on reception that night) organised our luggage to be taken to the room. Once he had done that... More

This hotel is located withint walking distance (15-20 minutes) of the blue mosque and other major attractions in Istanbul. The welcome is exceptionalwith staff going the extra mile to make you feel at home. Apple tea is served while you check in and the staff seem genuinely pleased to have you staying. The rooms are quirky, functional and comfortable. Breakfast... More

Toured Istanbul in jan with my dad. Hotel Niles was perfect for us. Great location - 5 min walk to the tram stop and busy shopping area. Very friendly and helpful staff - esp Onur and Atilla - both went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant. Cups of complementary apple tea in the lobby area, great... More

I stayed for 6 nights in Istanbul at this Hotel and really enjoyed it. As soon we arrived we were greeted with Apple cay and lokum while we filled out some paper work. We were advised that our room was upgraded to a suite which was great. The room was beautiful and the bathroom even more beautiful. The hotel staff... More

I am afraid of exaggeration, but honestly it was very fortunate to find such a cozy, comfortable, clean and easy accessible Hotel just in the heart of Istanbul where the major tourist attractions are situated. A warm welcome at reception made us forget the cold. We were so happy to listen that they upgraded our room. I remember and judge... More

Making my first visit to Turkey, I recently spent a week at the Hotel Niles and can recommend this charming establishment without qualifications. Situated in Istanbul's Sultanahmet neighborhood, the city's Old Town, the Hotel Niles sits in close proximity to the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and other landmarks. My room was beautiful, comfortable, and meticulously clean, as are the... More

Incredible hospitality, knowledgable staff in a lovely hotel. We stayed at Hotel Niles for our first 3 nights in Turkey. It has "special" hotel designation because of charm and original features. From the lobby that looks like a luxury car on the Orient Express, to the open air roof restaurant with Bosphorus view, it was great. Front desk local reservations... More

This hotel was everything one can possibly dream of. Great price, speaks for itself really. Great location, just a 2 minutes walk to the tram station, 10 minutes to the grand bazar. Elevator facility for people with knee problems. A large, delicious breakfast every day; breads, pastries, jams, cheeses, they had it all topped with a terrace offering a view... More

If you are looking for a wonderful small boutique hotel in the old Sultanahmet District of Istanbul, look no further. We loved it. During our week stay in Istanbul, we decided to share our lodging between two different hotels in two different areas to get a better feel of what it felt to be in Istanbul. During our first 4... My friend and I came to Istanbul for two weeks and stayed at Hotel Niles the entire time so it became our home. The staff were lovely, from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies, the bell boys (who would speak to taxi drivers for us to ensure no confusion and everything else we needed help with), the food and beverage...
