Everything about Hotel Niles is designed for guest's comfort. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. I always felt free to ask for help with restaurants, directions, and navigating public transportation. The location is off the main drag; very quiet yet close to public transportation.

Would highly recommend this hotel - we were treated like valued guests from the first moment. We were welcomed with tea and Turkish delight before we got to our room. The room was newly refurbished in a modern and artistic style. Really comfortable beds and lovely bathroom with delicious-smelling Turkish soap. As we were there in January, it was freezing... More

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Niles for 4 nights in September. The location was a short walk to the tram which we took everywhere. It was clear upon checkin that the staff was going to be very helpful. Hacer at the front desk deserves separate mention for her helpfulness along with a man whose name I don't have.... More

Located on a quiet side street just steps from the hustle bustle of the city. Charming, with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms felt European. A little snug but clean and comfortable. Felt like an authentic Turkish experience. We look forward to returning someday!

From check-in to check-out, our experience here was terrific! The staff were unfailingly warm, friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was comfortable, and extremely clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. The terrace was a lovely place to start the day and to relax after a great day of sight-seeing. The location is great - extremely close to many... Stepping into the lobby is stepping back into a by-gone era with beautiful furnishings and welcoming staff. The hotel has an older, more historic side (with modern bath and good AC) which is what I was looking for and a modern side. Our room had charming decor and was clean and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant was pleasant, where we had... More

We (My wife, Son & I) stayed at Hotel Niles from August 26th to August 28th. We found the location to be perfect for exploring the historical and shopping areas of old Istanbul. Walking distance to everything you would want to see in the old town and very close to the Grand Bazaar. The room was very clean, had a... More

I found Hotel Niles through a search on Trip Advisor and am very pleased with the experience. It has a great location for a tourist, being situated opposite the Grand Bazaar and close to important sights like Aya Sofya and the Blue Mosque. Tramway stop Lâleli - Üniversite is just around the corner and metro station Vezneciler, the perfect connection... More

This Hotel was selected from a range of reviews as it's location was in an interesting part of Istanbul. I was in contact with the staff before arriving and found they were very helpful in making adjustments to our requests. This helpful attitude continued throughout our stay and all the staff we met were excellent in their approach to guests... More
