We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. In particular, the staff were very helpful in helping us to navigate the city and booking restaurants for us. It had a very homey feeling, and we felt very comfortable from the moment they greeted us with apple tea when we arrived. The rooftop of the hotel where they serve... More

We have just returned from three nights here. The location is very near the main attractions, the hotel is very clean and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, from the young man who helped us with our bags to the cleaners. The breakfasts were good and plentiful, and there was fresh water available all day. The roof top bar... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in a junior suite and loved the hotel. The staff were really helpful, the location was great to walk everywhere and there's a tram stop just on the main road. Breakfasts on the roof were great - lots of choice and fab views. Our room was clean and had unique furniture and it's own... More

Stayed 5 nights here and the staff were most accommodating. We were with my parents and sister and they made sure the sleeping arrangements were perfect. Breakfast on rooftop is nice, as well as afternoon tea. It would have been 5/5 if the rooms were updated, our airconditioner was very noisy and we couldn't sleep unless it was turned off.... More

I shall be honest on my review of this hotel, the staff are as everyone says are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are first class, we had a junior suite with Turkish bath, it was immaculate, the maid kept the room perfect, downside, the view of the garment factory 20ft away and the humming of sewing machines, was a... Excellent stay in Hotel Niles in Istambul. It is placed in a good neighborhood, very calm but very near of a main street which contect you with railway train to all the city. Only 5 minutes by walk to Grand Bazaar or 10min to Saint Sophia and Blue Mosquee. Decoration of the hotel was very nice, personal with excellent service,... More

We are just home after five nights in Niles hotel. We had a great holiday. Loved all the extra touches the hotel provided, delicious cup of Turkish tea and Turkish delight on arrival, surprise cake for my birthday and lovely trinket when we checked out. The room was lovely and clean, friendly staff, delicious breakfast on a beautiful roof top... More

We had 4 nights in Room 211, turqoise traditional style, spacious enough to share with my grownup daughter on the divan in the window recess. Stylish shower room in the local grey striped marble. It was handy for the Beyazit tram stop, just two stops to Sultanahmet. Relaxed rooftop bar area with views towards the Bosphorus, offering a pleasant breakfast... More

We enjoyed long weekend walking Istanbul based at Niles hotel. Rooms clean with great beds, but a bit lacking in wardrobe space. Breakfast on roof top terrace was lovely. Close to the tram. Only bad experience was the taxi from airport (booked by the hotel). The minibus should have been fine but the idiot driving kept use roasting with no... More

The personality of the animated staff and their hospitality made our whirlwind tour of Istanbul very comfortable and very easy. Our plane landed in Istanbul very late at night. We arrived at the hotel around midnight, where the most friendly gentleman at the front desk, in a Wes Anderson-esque exchange, handed us maps of Istanbul and explained an overview of... More
