I was determined to have a nice water view for our last few nights in Istanbul. Searched and searched for a view room with breakfast that was well under $150. Took a chance on this one and glad we did. It's nothing fancy, with no elevator and breakfast room 4 flights up... but we loved it. (and speaking of fancy...... More

We spent eight nights at the Cosmopolitan Park and were very happy with our experience. Our room had a spectacular view of the Sea of Marmara which was a joy to wake to. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect: a few minutes walk to the Blue Mosque, yet on a very quiet dead-end... More

Four of us stayed for six nights in two rooms which were fairly small but perfectly adequate with air conditioning and tea/coffee making facilities. No restaurant in this hotel but the breakfast, served on the roof terrace by Fhemi, was very enjoyable. There's an attractive little lounge on the ground floor stocked with books, magazines and brochures full of information... More

The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi palace are 2 minutes away on foot, the tram station is 5 minutes away. The hotel is clean, the staff is polite and very helpful. The room was small but comfortable enough, and the sea view from the large window was amazing. The price is affordable (~100 eur) even for a room with... More

We have just returned from a short break at this hotel. Two of us shared one of the back rooms which was a bit small and with no view. However, the price was very reasonable and our other friends had rooms with a Bosphorus view so we were able to enjoy this. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed... More

I stay in this hotel for 2 nights in triple room. The triple room is the same size with twin room but with one bed added, so the room is very small for 3 persons especially with our luggage placed on the floor, we even don't have space to walk. The bathroom is spacious. This is a significant observation since... More

I booked a landside room and paid 50 euros a night, and for the location it is a decent price. Breakfast & internet access are included, and it is still quiet at night though you are within walking distance from the Blue mosque, Topkapi palace & Hagia Sofia. Quite liked the sea view over breakfast. Easy to get to via... More

Between the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace, the Cosmopolitan Park Hotel is right in the heart of the historic section of Istanbul called Sultanahmet. My room had a stunning view of the sea, where the Bosphorus meets the Sea of Marmara. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast upstairs on the terrace, with spectacular views, was good, but... This family owned hotel with 17 rooms is a good choice for budget stay in Sultahmet. It offers not only view to Bosphorus from street view rooms on 3rd and 4th floors, but also a two levels roof terrace with an extraordinary view to Bosphorus, Marmara sea, Hagia Sophia / Ayasofia and Sultan Ahmed Mosque (Blue Mosque). We enjoyed having... More

This place was a treasure and we recommend it highly. Perfect location for seeing all of the Old City, as well as for heading across the Bosphorus or the Golden Horn. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. For example, the owner spent much time on the phone helping me arrange vaarious matters, which I couldn't have done as I don't... More
