The rooms are too small. The Wi Fi was not good and we even had to wait 6 hours to get the password. The man at the reception told me: "If 3 people use the Wi Fi, the 4th person has to wait". The staff was't very polite. I didn' t like the breakfast. The only good thing was the... More

The hotel is located at a convenient location . Major sightseeing spots are nearby although there aren't any good restaurants or cafes in the vicinity. Good helpful staff ( even with broken English) . The only issue was the extremely small rooms with little place to move around. But that could be possibly be a norm for most hotels in... More

We booked this hotel as we had been told mistakenly it was the starting point of our Aisa tour. The room was too small for the two beds it contained but the beds were comfortable and the shower good. It seemed as if it had been recently renovated We caught the shuttle from Sahiba Gokcen and the driver called the... More

The hotel is situated very close to Kapali Carshi which is a central location. However I was not impressed by the staff there (slow, confused, didnt speak English). Also the rooms were nothing special. I personally had a very nice big double room with a huge terrace (room 2121). The view was not nice though. The breakfast was poor. Although... More

We stayed In March 2014 in this hotel. We arrived at 7 AM and we have to wait to 2 PM, before we check in. That is not should be problem, but there is only two washing room for 40 people. This is unacceptable for hotel with 4 stars! The room was very clean, but small. This is normal for... More

We have reservated a suite and there was enough place for us and the children. The room was clean and the staff very courteous. The Wi-Fi access was poor inside the room. There is no parking and the streets in this area are really small. I do not recommend car driving in Istanbul, if you are not familiar with the... More

The room is so small, I literally do not have room to pray. My knees are hurting from bending my legs in an inverted way to walk around the bed so I can get to the bathroom. There is no place to sit and work. In addition to the small room size, There is no free parking airport transfer costs... More

Very nice hotel for the money, the showers and beds were well above average, the rooms were nice ( will agree small but plenty room for 1 or 2 people ) The food in the restaurant was outstanding. The location , although on a narrow sidestreet, was perfect for quick walk to all the major attractions in Old Town. "... More

Terribly small rooms! Narrow and dirty bathrooms! The restaurant on the 6th floor is for non smokers but on New year eve there were ashtrays on the tables and many people smoked.Location is very uncomfortable even for young healthy people. The first night we arrived was a problem with our booking so after waiting the staff for 2 hours to solve... Location: Hotel is close to the tram line and 3 stops from sultanahmet, however the street to the hotel is a back alley way which is so narrow that most vehicles will not be able to pass through. The area is a clothing wholesale area. There's no restaurant here. Even the closest convenient store to buy water is at least... More
