We were welcomed warmly by friendly staff, shown to our room on the 6th floor, bags brought up for us and a welcome drink and Turkish delight....perfect! The room was spacious, bathroom modern and scrupulously clean, bathrobes and slippers provided too. We were very pleasantly surprised. Two slight niggles - one, the air con unit was inadequate and rattled at... More

This hotel was conveniently located for many of the tourist attractions. Our room was beautiful and so spacious! Breakfast was ok, but we didnt mind at all as we sampled so much of the amazing local cuisine. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we very much enjoyed our stay!

The neighbourhood made us wonder what the hotel would be like, particularly as our cab driver couldn't find the hotel. When we got there, what a surprise. Delightful and very helpful concierge, tastefully decorated room that met all our needs and a great location for sights of the old city and great local restaurants.

Visited Istanbul as our last stop while in Turkey. Nice hotel, very central. 15 minute trek up some steep streets to the blue mosque. Another 10 minutes and you'll be in the heart of the old city with lots of nice restaurants and shops. Room was nice, bathroom was a little on the small side. Breakfast was average, had to... More

We stayed at this hotel in the Sultanahmet district of Istanbul mainly because it is close to the main tourist sites and we could walk there rather than take our lives in our hands by using the local taxis!! We had a deluxe room with a Turkish bath and a phone in the bathroom. They also supplied slippers and bathrobes.... More

Lovely hotel in old area of Istanbul, our room was very large and very clean but very noisy from street below 9 even with windows closed. Breakfast was really good with a great view of the sea . We ate there twice but the food was of a low standard (cold plates for hot food and just about warm food... More

I stayed here for 4nights with my wife and 18month old baby. The room was FANTASTICALLY BEAUTIFUL. We had a suite on the 6th floor which includes a seating area and a hammam in the bathroom. The breakfast was okay and not varied. The restaurant staff were not happy and never smiled. It was a pain to ask them to... More

Have just had a fabulous few days staying at this hotel. We were greeted by the most friendly receptionist ' Anul ' who proceeded to relate every possible bit of information about the area that we needed to know. The hotel itself was spotless and the staff were super friendly, eating and drinking on the roof terrace was an absolute... More
