This was advertised as a 4* hotel but it's more of a 3* attempting to be a 4. We booked two x twin rooms and were given one twin and one double. On questioning this we were told that's what we had booked even though I showed them documentation for two twins. We were offered another twin in a sister... More

Although I was registered and checked in at the Diva's, I stayed in a small property just across the street. The room was very small, but perfect for my one night stay and everything was incredibly clean. They bathroom was very nice. My room was right outside a mosque, so the first prayer was a bit startling because I had... More

The hotel has a good location, very near few of the tourist sights and restaurants. But that is about the only decent thing. The rooms and the hotel and the breakfast is well below standards. The staff are not too friendly. The hotel itself is quite noisy.

The room was lovely! Ours had air conditioning, a balcony, a clean bathroom with the pretty Turkish sink and lovely bedding and curtains. The staff were amazing, so helpful and quick to reply to anything you could need. Absolutely an amazing stay! It's in a really nice location (10-15 minute walk to the Blue mosque) and we felt extremely safe... More

Hey, This hotel is verry central but we had our issues once we checked in. 1st they had to move us to another hotel for the 1st day and the room was dirty and not what we paid for (dirty carpet, damp air and moldy bathroom). The next day we moved in the hotel we were supposed to stay, the... More

Clean rooms and walking distance to major attractions. Stayed for 2 nights with my family and loved everything that this boutique hotel has to offer. Breakfast was awesome and the local choice of food provided by the hotel is excellent

Right in Sultanahment, but on a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the Blue Mosque, restaurants, and the trolley. We had a triple room which was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful -- we ran into a couple of the guys while out and about, they came over to say hi! The room was above... More

Nice room, overlooked the garden with a balcony. Great breakfast buffet, extensive choice of food. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Location was ideal, close to all the sites in Sultanahmet and very quiet. Bed was comfortable, air-con was efficient and safe in room. We would stay here again.

Staying in Sultanahmet

Neighborhood Profile
Sultanahmet
With so many unmissable attractions within a mere stroll of each other – and all set around the site of an ancient Byzantine hippodrome – Sultanahmet is an overwhelmingly popular tourist destination, and a prime location for visitors to be wowed on a truly epic scale. Beyond the wonders of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and more, this relatively small area of Istanbul somehow manages to retain an air of peace and calm. It offers visitors a significantly less celebrated but nonetheless pleasant network of quaint lanes and side streets, majestic panoramas of the Bosphorus, and an impressive assortment of accommodation options for all budgets and tastes.
