I stayed nights in the Stone hotel and enjoyed it very much. Practically, it is minutes from the Hippodrome and the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia as well as many restaurants and cafes and carpet shops.... The hotel itself has an elevator, which is handy for people with physical challenges when it comes to stairs. The breakfast each morning is... More

Located in the heart of Sultanahmet. You can walk everywhere from the hotel. The breakfast was pretty bad. Hotel is very clean and the front desk employees are very helpful. The metro station is just 3 blocks away but in Istanbul I will recommend you to walk. It is a small hotel so don´t expect much. Location is the best!

I'm surprised that so many reviews complain about noise and that most of the "noise" is the call to prayer. I loved that we could hear that. After all, you're in Istanbul and if you don't like to be immersed in the culture of the region, maybe go to a chain hotel where you won't be able to tell where... More

Location is the only good thing about this hotel. They should offer much more for the price they charge. Staff friendly yet inefficient. We stayed 7 days and had coffee only in the first one even after asking to 2 staff members to replace it. They even did not checked with us to see if it was replaced. Cleanness it... More

We booked a familyroom for six nights. First night we got hotel's best room as the staff said. A suite located at the backyard of the hotel in a separate building. In our opinion the room which we got for the next five nights was much better than the suite. That room was on the second floor at the back... More

I have been visiting the hotel for 4 days and I can say that this is the best 3 Star Hotel I have ever visited not only in turkey but in whole world. And actually this is better than many 4 star hotels around the world. The hotel is clean and cozy, The Rooms are quiet and large enough. I... More

Our experience of this small boutique hotel started well, but went downhill after that. Our hotel was of course in a great location. The room however was miniscule and the only public areas were disappointing. We were particularly not pleased with red wine being served in an ice bucket, and on not having any choices on wine, being refused to... More

After staying for nearly a week at an "apartment" in Sultanahmet (where I didn't even boil water for tea or cook an egg), I'm glad I stumbled into this hotel after checking out several others in the neighborhood. My walk-in rate was much lower than the rack rate posted by the reception. My room has two large windows that has... More

I agree with other comments that the staff is really friendly and helpful, this is true, but these same staff tried to con us by giving us a smaller and cheaper room than what we initially reserved. This situation really disapointed us. This is not the way to treat your hotel guests. The location is very good, the breakfast regular,... More

This hotel was located in a brilliant place in Istanbul. There a lot of places to visit and see. There is no swimming pool at all in the hotel. The staff in the hotel is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are kept clean always. I would recommend this hotel to friends wanting to come to Turkey.
