The location is brilliant, just next to bosphorous and istanbul bridge, next to Ortakoy Mosque which was amazing view. But the rooms ,service, restaurants are the worst i ever seen, so go there only for drinking tea or coffee and watching scene from the restaurant.

This is a very large hotel but food service and hospitality were great. The rooms are very comfortable if a little dated. The lounge and bar areas are great and breakfast is good. Will definitely stay again.

The Radisson blu Bosporus hotel is located in Besiktas which is nice. Some rooms are a bit smaller particular on 2 floor because it the wall. They are not really nice but ok. It's a standard hotel in a good price rang. Staff is ok.. Professional but not great.

The overall experience at Radisson Blue was good. The location is amazing. You can have the ideal/romantic breakfast whilst enjoying the view of the Bosphorus. Still some comments on the food that can be much more improved. Finally, I can say that it is a must visit hotel

No doubt, this is a brilliant location for a hotel, right at the Bospurus, in the middle of a lively neighborhood. For the rest the hotel is okay: nice entrance, slow service at the front desk, small rooms, some maintenance needed, great breakfast, nice balcony for drinks, but an incredible poor restaurant.

Absolutely terrible to stay as the Radisson Blu Bospherus hotel is surrounded by loud bars, noisy boats and a party / wedding venue with live music. In addition you will be woken up at sunrise by morning prayers from amplified speakers nearby. Some rooms unacceptably worn-out and others not four star level. Location inconvenient for sightseeing; too far and main... More

I've just returned from a 5 night stay at a business function hosted at the Radisson and left with mixed feelings. The hotel is in a good location right next to the Bosphorus although it is a good 30 minutes via boat taxi to the sights. The service from all the staff was very good and the food in the... More

I stayed at this hotel 2 weeks ago for few days and compared to some of the neighbouring ones is a bit disappointing. I had a room facing the main road and it was quite loud. Light switches were not properly responding. It's in a perfect location, you can have a breakfast with a beautiful view but the access by... More

Staying in Besiktas

Neighborhood Profile
Besiktas
In Besiktas, skyscrapers compete with palaces for space in an upscale vista replete with hilly green parkland filling in the margins. Step into this rather wealthy neighborhood and discover a rich mix of opportunities to shop, dine, and be entertained. For folks in search of urban buzz, not to mention a constant reminder of just how important Istanbul’s waterways are to its rich history, there's the frenetic Besiktas ferry terminal or the city’s most vibrant fish market to explore. For a timeout of metropolitan proportions, head to the bucolic Yildiz Park or the chic Bosphorus-side fishing village of Ortakoy. Attractions such as the grandiose Dolmabahce Palace and a bevy of other stately residences await admiration. To be sure, this large and not overly touristy swath of Istanbul yields plenty of pleasure for all.
