Good location, close to the Grand Bazaar and good shopping areas. Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. Staff speak good English and are very friendly and professional. The restaurant serves a wide variety of dishes and is reasonably priced. The restaurant is managed independently from the Hotel, so this cannot be added to the bill. The mosques are loud, and... We loved the location of the hotel as we wanted to explore the areas of Gran Bazar, Fatih, Suleimanie, Laleli University site, etc. They are all walking distance. The hotel is nice, very comfortable, staff is very gentle and helpful. Recomended

Stayed here for 3 nights recently. Very pleasant experience all round. Room and bathroom clean and comfortable. Reception staff helpful and friendly at all times, and the older gentleman who handled room service on the first floor came cheerfully to my rescue on the 3(!) occasions I locked myself out of my room. Breakfast offered wide variety and was more... More

This was the first stop on our tour of Turkey. We found the hotel clean, the staff helpful and the food fine. Don't miss the view from the rooftop as it is the best. Even though we were told that the rooftop wasn't open we found the doors open and chairs/table waiting for us. Enjoying the sunset, the call for... More

We liked everything about this hotel from start to finish. Friendly personnel and staff. Food was very good - fresh & tasty. Clean facilities. The bedroom was big and very comfortable. Maid service was wonderful.

We stayed here for three nights. We loved it! It's located near the Grand Underground Buzzare, Spice Market, and other interesting sites. It's old, like something out of a an old Charlie Chan movie. The services and food were good, and the staff, was excellent. They have a great outdoor plaza to kick back and enjoy life. Try the Turkish... More

Our tour began with a stay here and we not only loved the room, but we could open the window and hear the call to prayer every morning. We were able to walk everywhere from there. When our tour was ending, we spend our last two nights there as well. The staff was polite and helpful. Not extravagant, but clean... More

We stayed here with the Gate1 Tour, 2 days in the beginning and 1 day at the end. Room was dark and smelly and very small, bathroom was also small and had a shower only. We could hardly walked from one corner to the other after the luggage was up against the wall. The WiFi signal was good. The elevator... More

Not happy with the hotel rooms quality and sizes. It is very very small. The rates charged were more than what was advertised in the hotel. The location was good but would look for a better place if I go again.
