Clean rooms and lovely hospitality however the top floor restaurant was a real disappointment that we had to search other restaurants in the city which was a painstaking effort especially when on business. You'd get lost in the health and spa treatment and get confused with what is on offer, our colleagues cancelled their treatment as there was communication breakdown.... More

My family & I stayed at point hotel for 4 nights in august 2015. We arrived early around 8 a.m but we were checked-in right away which was really nice since we were tired.the staff were friendly and helpful and the room service was good. We had to call room service for iron/iron-board and tooth brushes which would have been... More

The hotel is clean, which is the most important thing really. But when is comes to service its not the best, only one receptionist spoke english we had to wait for her to come in order to communicate with them. The location is alright, its really noisy at night. The view from my room was horrible. Basically i wouldn't recommend... More

I stayed on Point Taksim for three nights, the room was small but clean, the location is excellent, very near to Mitro and in the middle of Taksim where all the shops, restaurants and cafe`s. The breakfast was normal, the room service is excellent. The WIFI is slow.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful. The base of our bed was broken/ warped so the mattress was sagging in the middle, and hence sleep quality was not great. Shower was inside the bath, not what I expected for their junior executive suite. Had 2 fabulous massages at the hotel spa

Location is great. Right by the Taksim square. The room is on the small side but served its purpose very well. The beds were very soft and I slept deeply! Would return again. The famous baklava place is close by.

Staying in Beyoglu

Neighborhood Profile
Beyoglu
Istanbul’s most famous street, pedestrianized Istiklal Caddesi (Independence Avenue), throbs day and night and offers a fantastic array of architectural sights, shops, treats, and throngs upon teeming throngs of people. At the avenue’s northeastern end is expansive Taksim Square, thought by many to be the very heart of the city, with many of Turkey’s most renowned restaurants and some of Europe’s most happening nightlife in close proximity. In striking contrast, Beyoglu’s less trafficked areas – such as the affluent Cihangir and the antiques district of Cukurcuma – exude Old World charm and provide contemplative calm and splendid diversion via an assortment of cozy cafes, attractive boutiques, and quiet lanes.
