Decent upper class hotel, 3+ I would say, that are trying to cater to the experienced hotel guest with a modern look, but in my sense, it falls short to the finish line in lack of certain things in service and quality. I would still say it’s a good and clean hotel and it gives you value for your money.... more

This hotel is pretty outdated and the bathrooms smell. During our 4 night stay here, I believe the smell from the bathroom was due to either the water or MOLD. It was noticeable from the moment we entered the room. We complained and they aired out our room the next day so that the smell was less noticeable. But the... more

The hotel itself is in a great location near the shops, metro, taxis and great restaurants, The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside is that i didnt quite feel like i was in a 5 star hotel. I would never opt for this hotel if i was travelling for leisure - as the price is too high... more

I was staying at this hotel for 3 nights, it is true the rooms are basic for the price and I wasn't too impressed until I went upstairs on the terrace. The view at the sunset is UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!The resto is really nice too, and the food really good. If you go in summer time, you will definitely enjoy spending time... more

I stayed at the hotel in April with my teenage son. The staff couldnt have been more helpful and pleasant (and they spoke excellent english which was a real bonus). The location was great(very close to main shopping precinct) with plenty of options for great varieties in delicious, cheap cafes. The room was plenty big enough, with no problems with... more

This hotel is located centrally in the new city. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and decent. We had a room with a great view of the city. For what we paid for the hotel it was good value. more

Overall this hotel isn't bad value; there's a gym, business centre, terrace (the pool's so small they shouldn't have bothered) and the location couldn't be better. However, tinned fruit and cold meats resembling parts of a family pet were served for breakfast (turkish coffee was extra!?), showers were poor, rooms slightly tired and I couldn't quite shake the feeling of... more

Photos of the hotel looked rather impressive online. However, upon check-in, the room falls short of expectations. First of all, no doubt it has been recently renovated and everything was 'new-ish'. But there are still traces of it being really rundown once upon a time. I can't put my finger on it, but it feels not all that spanking new!... more
