I was in retaj next to airport but was far from any sightseeing or Istanbul downtown so I moved here, it's an awesome location looking over shah Zada mosque, close to everything, but : 1. AC noise was so high 2. Bathroom is too small they don't even offer a tooth brush 3. Food is very normal didn't eat there... More

I'm not staying at the hotel very much as we are too busy exploring Istanbul. But this hotel are really comfortable, clean and the staff are very nice and helpful. We arrived in the morning and it's not time for check in yet, but the manager invite us for breakfast and once we're finished he told me that we can... More

Very clean and comfortable updated hotel at a great location. Our rooms (2 visits) were both spacious and comfortable and since they faced the side street, were also very quiet. Desk staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet in the basement offered a very nice variety and was always well maintained and stocked. (Try the yogurt.) We'd happily stay... More

Great location with lots of shops and eateries all around the back streets, only 10 minutes walk to the Grand Bazaar which is a must see and truly unique experience. People are all very friendly and majority of the Turks speak good English and German.

I found this hotel to be nicer than I had expected, having read some of the reviews. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable. The food, both buffet and set menu, was very nice. There wasn't an American breakfast, but the hotel is not in America. On our last stay our room was directly in front of the beautiful Shehzade mosque,... More

Nice clean, small hotel room in a great location by the St. Sofia. The room has a shower with no bath tub, a flat screen TV, a mini fridge, a small table, chair and desk. The beds are a little hard with foam rubber pillows. The hotel has a pool and a work out area. The staff was very pleasant.

What more could you ask for when you don't plan on staying in the hotel that much? Very clean room. Modern bathroom, excellent breakfast in large dining hall located below lobby with 3 full buffet tables, coffee, tea, breads, olives...everything. Very nice staff. Restaurant on lobby level too.

This place isn't anything fancy, but is somewhat centrally located (ok to walk to Spice Market...need taxi to Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia). Honestly...with so much to do in Istanbul we didn't plan on spending a lot of time in the hotel so we weren't looking for something fancy. The staff was pleasant and the room was clean. The room... This is a good hotel! Rooms are good, very clean and provides all comforts you could ask for such as minibar, safe box, hygenic products, coffemaker etc. Breakfast provides a good selection and staff is nice. Both the pool areas are great, clean and provides towels. Spa only have hammam and massage on it's menu but it's a really nice... More

All in all the location and facilities that this hotel offers are very good but it gets let down all over. The housekeeper we had for the first 2 days forgot a cover for the bed quilt, toilet rolls and generally not very tidy, the more mature lady that serviced our room for the next 5 days was a champion....
