My wife and I stayed at the hotel for two nights in mid-July. The hotel is clean and the rooms are fairly basic, simple and rather small. I guess that would bother me if I stayed in the room all day but we were in Istanbul and were out exploring the many wonderful sights. Why pay for a fancy, luxurious... More

We spent three nights here at this hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They were renovating the second floor. It will be very clean and bright once they are done. All hotel guest are staying on the ground floors. The room is quite small, especially the bathroom and its shower. Yiu cann't get in and out if you weight... More

I was so disappointed with this hotel that I checked out early and moved to a quieter, cleaner hotel nearby with a much better breakfast -- at the same price. It was very noisy at night and staff were unhelpful. There are better options in Istanbul.

My stay at the Zeynep Sultan Hotel was pleasant enough. I'm not sure I would return, though, because I didn't sleep well at all. the room was clean cozy room with a view on a green garden and the mosque, my internet speed was very good, the breakfast restaurant view was gorgeous directly on hagia sophia, though limited choice of... My husband and I stayed at Zeynep Sultan on the recommendation of a friend and are so happy we did. As other reviewers have mentioned, the location is fantastic. The hotel has a view of the Hagia Sophia and is minutes away from several of Istanbul's major landmarks as well as the metro. As well, we found our room to... More

Incredible location including the most amazing view of the Hagia Sophia at night from the second floor window of the hotel. The terrace where breakfast is served has both indoor and outdoor seating with more great views. It's a relaxing place to sit in the evening as well. Staff, in particular, Yousef, are very helpful and multilingual. I have stayed... More

Location, location, location - hard to beat. Just a couple min from Hagia Sophia. A small boutique hotel with 20-something rooms. The rooms are small but comfortable (I guess if you are in Istanbul, you are not going to spend too much time in your room anyway...). The rooms need some upgrading, e.g., bathrooms, which is something the owner said... More

Friendly small hotel located very near to the Topkapi Palace, Archeological Museum, the Haghia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. There is no better location to visit these monuments. The rooms are small, very clean and have all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Breakfast is served on a pleasant terrace accompanied by the house cat.

It is a small hotel and the owners take personal care with the tourists. One of them even accompanied me to buy an excellent drum for my son. They give you very good advices to go to know different places and good restaurants. They are all the time at the hotel seeing how can they help you. Every morning at breakfast... More

We recently stayed here for our first visit to istanbul. Its location is excellent in sultanahmet area. Only 5 mins walk max from the tram stop. Easy to use public transport from the airport. The hotel is on a pedestrian side street so nice and quiet. The breakfast roof terrace was very nice. Able to see the sites. Plenty of... More
