I am not sure why people are complaining so much about this place. Expectations need to be modified according to the setting. This is a good place for a budget-conscious conference or family holiday. I found the food fine (the desserts were great) and the staff helpful. The room was clean and the wi-fi was not perfect but it was... More

We stayed here in March and had a different experience. The hotel facility is nice. And the service is okay. Some of the staff speak English, and as others write the pools and beach are good. When we stayed there in March, there were no pool parties or weddings. In the summer there were parties 5 of 8 nights with... More

The rooms are nice enough, and everything is clean. But the Cons outweigh this: * Terrible WiFi. * Noise late into the night from the pool area. * Staff who don't speak English. * Disorganized service...when I had a question about my laundry bill, they dragged a stack of hundreds of receipts out of a cupboard and had to search... Pros: *Clean *The two outside pools are really nice *Cleaning staff was quick and did good job *Towels you can use outside at the pools *Can host large group or conference *Always enough food at the meals *Located right on the beach Cons: *Worst WiFi I have ever seen. 75% of time couldn't get connected, and when you could, brutally... I have booked a double room and on arrival they gave me a twin room. Got to the room and was promised another room as soon as other guests leave the next day. Got to the room and the AC was not working. The staff kept on telling me it will be switched on any minute. I w.aited for 3... More

I dont know how stars are awarded but this hotel does not qualify for more than two stars... at most. Horrible variety of food that is fit for a canteen... the so called juice at breakfast is nothing but diluted TANG.... staff in majority speaking nothing but Turkish... I only recommend the manager whose attitude and smile makes the difference...... More

Excellent beachside hotel near Istanbul. 45 minutes from airport just over an hour from the city. great location. Beach is lovely, with two large swimming pools. area is nice, with a burger king and supermarket across the street. Do have full board option, but the menu items look same after couple of days.If you are in istanbul for a short... More

We just spent one night. Choosing this hotel was my worst decision in Turkey and leaving immediately was my best decision I really want to know who authorize it to 5 star. Room' s door was broken down and hotel's staff just busy as nailer in the situation. at least he tried to help us. but female receptionist, who always... More

Stayed 3 nights, loved the two large out and one good indoor pools, right on beach. Shame about the loud blaring gangsta music by the beach bar, where you had little chance of a drink as the key cards do not work, mind at£6 for a diet coke ! Hotel entrance has lots of signs saying no outside food or... More

We spent there two nights. The hotel is declared as 5* but unfortunately it does not deserved 5*. Why? Our room had problem with closing window (which was btw dirty) and we had draft all the time, specially it was problem in the night when was windy outside. During the first evening, our part of hotel lost electrical power so... More
