More about Zelda Zonk restaurant than hotel. It's just terrible. Zelda Zonk in Gandiva Hotel is trying to be trendy and nice but it's actually a fake imitation of nouvelle and gastronomique cuisine. Your plate is empty as you have been in gastronomique restaurant but it's not even good food.. Wine was discusting and corked. They don't even have interesting... More

Lovely place, the position is great but the music at night doesn't allow to sleep until 2 am. Come here if you want to spend your night at the disco on the roof or drinking something at the bar at the bottom, but if you want to rest after a day of sightseeng.... no way! Breakfast is a short menu... More

My fiancee and I spent 2 nights at this wonderful hotel in Galata. The room was elegant, modern, and very clean and it had an amazing view of Golden Horn, Haggia Sofia, and Topkapi. Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and informative. We were treated very well and got loads of guidance and insider tips for our 3 days and 2... More

Friendly, modern, clean hotel in great location - close to good restaurants. We stayed four nights in this hotel and will definitely stay again when we next visit Istanbul. Great location for easy access to both trendy Beyoglu and the Old Town just over the Galata Bridge. Well worth booking a room with a view of the river.

stayed for just one night in September and will definitely stay there next time I am in Istanbul. The location was great for an evening out, just a walk a short walk to Taksim where there is plenty of life. The staff couldn't do enough to help really made you feel welcome. The rooms themselves are very modern in design,... More

İts a nice, cozy and cool place to be stayed in İstanbul. Location is best for people who wants to have the real istanbul experience. Old city is in front of it with all beatiful panaromic view. Galata tower is just right hand with five minutes walk. On the left hand, you can also walk İstanbul Modern (art museum). And... More

I stayed two nights at the new Gradiva Hotel in September. A couple of the marquee attractions were not open at the time, alas--such as the rooftop restaurant and the jazz club--but I heard that they have opened since then. Otherwise, everything was exceedingly pleasant. The room was clean, well-designed and well-equipped (iPod station, TV, free WiFi, nice reading lamps,... More

I was booked into the Gradiva by the organisers of a conference in Istanbul that I was attending. I also asked them to reserve the room for over the weekend that followed as I planned to extend the stay into a long weekend holiday in the city. As I did not have very much information about what it was like,... More
