It's the worst hotel I've ever been. I went to Istanbul to live a dream and it became a nightmare thanks to this hotel. In magic way my money witch was in my wallet into my suitcase into my room disappeared I made complains to the reception and they threaten me that they'll throw me out. When the other guys... more

It is an acceptable hotel, for those who want to enjoy their time searching around Istanbul and not staying all the time in hotel, Helpful and polite receptions and people who work there, very good location, you have access to many places and shops, next to bus station and underground,a small but nice restaurant with a view of Bosphore to... more

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. I satayd too nights but u couldn't sleep: the windos are not double galse and its like sleeping in the midle of the street and the price is high for a low quality. The satff is not rude but very slow : it took one hour to get the room... more

I've stayed in Marble Hotel for 4 nights, it was extremly the worse hotel that i've ever seen in my life. Below is the checklist: 1-Unqualified personnel, noone ever smile as if someone is dead, arrogant, never try to help you, they don't even bother to answer you when you talk. ( the reception guy named Dimish should not be... more

Cons: 1. The most dirty hotel I remember! You could see the dirt almost everywhere. 2. Hotel was on extra-extra electricity saving plan which meant very low light (near darkness) in all shared areas. 3. As another electricity saving measure they have cut air conditioning and rooms are extra hot even with highest AC on. You can't stay inside the... more

I spent four nights at the Marble in late June, at the end of a 2 1/2 week trip to Turkey. The best thing about the Marble is its location, just a short walk from Taksim Square and many restaurants. The hotel has a large lobby area and a bar. The breakfast, which is served on the first floor, has... more

If you are booking for istanbul dont make the mistake of looking how many stars it has. If this was located in America it would be a 1 1/2 * hotel. First of all the air condition didn't work, we found bugs inside the bed and the lobby did nothing about it. We found our bathroom full of ants. After... more

Although I read some of the reviews before booking this hotel I thought I would stay here anyway considering it claimed to be a 4 * hotel. Having paid a reasonable sum for the package I was very diasppointed with the standards (or lack of) in this hotel. The highlight was the beautiful view of the Bosphorus, however most other... more
