Small hotel right next to the Blue Mosque.Very good location, in the center of Sultanahmet. The hotel is quite small with around 15-20 rooms. The suites are quite funny, the decoration refers to the era of Sultans. The hotel is clean, however some renovation would be necessarry. The bathroom is a bit ugly and old-looking, there is no curtain in... More

The location of the hotel is perfect. Only a 5 min. walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. It is also close to the Sultanahmet metro station and there are a lot of nice restaurants and cafes just down the street. However, our room felt humid and the electrical installations were very poor. The room was small and badly... More

My second visit here because of the great location near to everything but in a quieter street. Reasonable value. But only an average mark because the staff are not particularly welcoming or friendly, one tried to sell us a trip on the Bosphorus. Breakfast is okay but if you want eggs you pay extra for them and the rooms are... More

Very close to Sultanahmet -- you could see Blue mosque from your window. Breacfast is served on roof terrace -- great views to Marmara see and also Blue mosque. However -- as someone else mentioned in some previous comment -- there is one tree across the street that hides part of view to mosque :-))) Cosy and inexpencive place in... More

I really enjoyed staying there. The hotel is located 5-10 minutes away from the main Sultanahmet sightseenings. The breakfast was delicious, it is served on the roof terrace. The staff was friendly. The only negative detail to mention - the rooms are tiny, especially those on the ground floor. Try to book rooms on the 4th floor, they are better.

I was in a quandary whether to choose one of these small hotels in the old city, or to choose a nice modern one a bit further out. In the end, I plumped for the location and Hotel Aslan had a lot of good reviews. We found it just as many other people did. Friendly, helpful staff. Small but clean... More

We stayed here for a week with my two sons in the triple room 403. The room was comfortable with excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds and a small terrace which catches the sun for a good 10 hours! We had a really good experience. The breakfast was amazing at the roof terrace with beautiful views of the Marmara sea and... More

This is a reasonably priced, quite easy to find hotel within walking distance of all the central sights. The staff are immensely helpful and friendly, which is what you need in a strange place. The breakfast lasted us through to dinner in the evening - I must mention the really delicious deep yellow fried eggs in particular. If you like... More

the hotel itself is pretty basic but the location is awesome, the bed and the room are awesome. bathrooms maybe a little spartans, could have done better if I could have opened the windows, but in the end it's been a good time. good breakfast, really awesome people in the staff. kind and professional
