My wife and I stayed at the Seres Hotel as part of a group holiday, and had a room at the front of the hotel on the third floor. There are trams running outside the front of the hotel until midnight, and they start at 6am in the morning - choose a room that is higher up to avoid the... More

We were two couples who stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed the location and the great service from the very helpful staff. Walk to all major attractions. There is a rooftop breakfast/ dinner restaurant, with fantastic views over the city and harbour. Tram stops at the door, but we didn't need to use it-walking is what this old city is all... More

Just back from four nights saying in the Seres Hotel. As every other review says the location of this hotel cannot be beaten. It is slap bang in the middle of everything, five or ten minutes walk from all the main sights that you will want to visit. It is right on the main tram line so you can cross... More

This is our second time in this hotel. They thanked us for coming again, and gave us a good room. The roon was large, cozy, clean, comfortable and with a good view.(We saw the Sunrise) Location was good. Important places were located within 15~20 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Staff was helpful. We reserved room via "Booking.com" . So... More

We picked the Seres Hotel because of its location. It's within walking distance of the Galata bridge/spice bazaar and Gülhane Park/Topkapl Palace and so on in the other direction. Basically, you are right where you want to be, especially if you're here for a short trip and want to visit as many of the famous landmarks and sightseeings as possible.... More

The rooftop of our hotel was adjacent to the restaurant of the Seres Hotel. It looked very good - so we tried it out for dinner. The Seres hotel also looks good, but going up in the lift the common parts looked a bit tired. In the restaurant the view was good and the waiters looked smart 9although in the... More

Hotel is walking distance to many sites. The rooms are small but tidy. You have an Air conditioner unit and free WIFI. Rooms have shower only, safe and TV with a few English channels. Staff is helpful, most speak good English. Restaurant is on top floor with great views. I would stay here again.

The location of the Seres is perfect for visiting the old city and for taking Bosphorus and Princes Islands cruises. The tram takes you everywhere. The hotel itself is on the modest side but staff are friendly.
