The nighttime view from our balconies on the top floor of the And Hotel took our breath away and deeply impressed even our teenage sons. The Hagia Sofia loomed across the street and the Blue Mosque to the right. Ditto for the rooftop restaurant, where the hotel's breakfast spread was large and included big, ripe figs and sweet grapes, bureks,... More

Excellent small hotel right in the heart of the old town. Wonderful views from the top floor dining, of Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Clean rooms with friendly and helpful staff and within walking distance of the mosques, Basilica cistern and Topkapi palace. Plenty of small restaurants in the area , many of which do serve alcohol. Luvly shopping... More

We booked the hotel for two nights (Aug. 4-6, 2014) upon arrival, left for 3-day side tour and booked three night stay (Aug. 8-11, 2014) after our return to Istanbul. The first stay went well. Upon our return we picked up our luggage we left in the hotel , they gave us the room key and we went to bed... More

The location is great and near to all major tourist spots in Sultanahmet. We even got the chance to change our clothes during our whole day walking tour because the hotel was just few steps away from our tour's meeting place. The tram station is very near which made our transfer to Dolmabache Palace and Chora church a lot easier... More

We stayed for one night during our transfer in early July 2014. You should not expect the facilities. But the location is great. The room with balcony has a great view, but the size is very small. Hard to store big luggages. Breakfast was good. Great for short stay but not for longer stay.

We stayed four nights and were blown away by the views of the Ayasofya and Blue Mosque, by all the birds at sunrise and sunset accompanying the call to prayer, and by the pedestrian-friendly neighbourhood. Dinner on the rooftop restaurant was magical. The location is amazing: walking distance to all of Istanbul's landmarks. The breakfast buffet was great and the... More

We stayed at the And Hotel in early July 2014 for three nights. We arrived in the morning and were pleased to see that our rooms were ready. The reception staff even let us check out several different rooms before deciding which one to chose. The room had amazing views of nearby Hagia Sofya but ended up being loud at... More

A home away from home in the heart of Sultanhamet. Well appointed and clean, the nicest staff, great breakfast included in the price, was served on the top terrace of the hotel, which has a panoramic view of the Bosphorous sea, with its bridges palaces and mosques, truly a treat.

Highly recommend this hotel! Stayed for just two nights on a trip with friends. We all had limited budgets and found this quite affordable. Amazing views and location. Clean rooms and bathroom. Breakfast terrace also has an amazing view. The only downside was that they are a little slow with checking in, only one out of 3 rooms was ready... More
