Hotel price and condition changes depends on who you speak to for the price. On bookings. Com Was €37 including breakfast Up graded me to a king room. Next day a staff asked me to stay another night and he gave me for €30. Ezei said to me I paid cheap rate. She charged me extra €10 for Hamam because... More

The location of this hotel is great to visit by walk. Plus to go to taksim street there is the tram at 5mn walking from the hotel. Breakfast is average. Attention do not accept any room in the old building. You will feel in a prison and the bathrooms are inacceptable. The new building is mostly good.

I may be a "Cheap date" but as long as the place is clean, with friendly staff, and not to noisy, what else its to expect from an old hotel in the middle of one of the oldest cities in the region? an average US$150 a night will set you up with no worries, but when you start cutting corners... The only advantage is location that is not far from main architectural sightseeing( 2tram stops away). Staff seemed to be passive and was not interested in the needs of their customers. Our room was very tiny we couldn't even move around. Beds were small and broken. The view through our window was neighbor building with many restaurants and cheap bars... More

I have no idea how this hotel got four stars someone must have been off. The baths plug does not work so you cant bath. There is mould all over the bath, and taps have someones hair on it. Room is big enough but very old fashioned and cheap furniture. The one plug that you can use to charge things... More

Staff service is very good. Some rooms need maintenance especially for toilets. I tried rooms 401 and 613 (which I was in about 15 days ago). Also, the elevator makes a noisy voice which is irritating especially when people are asleep.

Just got home from an amazing 4 night stay in Istanbul . This hotel is in a busy area but it would be hard to find a quiet area in Istanbul to be truthful. Although on a busy road, our room was on the first floor and faced the road but we were not bothered by street noise at night.... More

I visit Istanbul with my family and friends, it is small nice hotel close to old city attractions. Staff of the hotel was very helping and nice, they made our stay better than we expected. Breakfast at the hotel was always nice. I recommend this hotel for those families who love to explore city walking. There are many small shops... More
