We stayed in this hotel at the beginning and end of a Cosmos Tour of Turkey. The walls were paper thin and conversations could be heard until all hours of the night. Breakfast was ok, but Nescafe instant coffee left a lot to be desired. There is a pool at the hotel, but no towels at the pool, so take... More

It was a good hotel with good location. Staff were good. But it is better to be more friendly. It is closed to metro station. Can have access to Istklal Cd. by walking. Breakfast quality was acceptable.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel in Feb. 2014 Nothing was wrong, the room was perfect and the bathroom was very clean, blank sheets looked like new! The breakfast was also great, it changed everyday. Location is also awesome, a few meters to the Metro station (Şişane) and just some steps to the Bus station. And also very... More

This place was just what I needed, the location is 15 minutes away from Taksim square and about 7 minutes away from Istiklal street. It is located next to traffic lights so it is easy to remember its exact location. The food is great and the staff are nice.

It is one of a good hotel.Nice staffs clean rooms with all facilities.Rooms are small but well arranged. It is close to the Taxim square only half km up walk.It is very easy to have buses to the blue mosque. If we can have a room upstairs it won't be noisy.

Stayed in this hotel for a week during June 2015. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The receptionists were fluent in English. So we had no problem communicating with them. Our room was clean. Of course there was this big black burn spot on the hardwood floor! Maybe a souvenir from a smoker who had stayed there before us!... More

Staying in Beyoglu

Neighborhood Profile
Beyoglu
Istanbul’s most famous street, pedestrianized Istiklal Caddesi (Independence Avenue), throbs day and night and offers a fantastic array of architectural sights, shops, treats, and throngs upon teeming throngs of people. At the avenue’s northeastern end is expansive Taksim Square, thought by many to be the very heart of the city, with many of Turkey’s most renowned restaurants and some of Europe’s most happening nightlife in close proximity. In striking contrast, Beyoglu’s less trafficked areas – such as the affluent Cihangir and the antiques district of Cukurcuma – exude Old World charm and provide contemplative calm and splendid diversion via an assortment of cozy cafes, attractive boutiques, and quiet lanes.
