We stopped for 4 nights in the Golden Crown Hotel yes a great location and a good price(£75 for 4 nights) but a very small room,continetal breakfast.....nothing exciting,the bar well.... never anybody in.Would recommend it on location could walk to most sights and a tram stop not far away.We travelled from the Airport via the tram/metro 1.40 turkish Lira. more

A good price for excellent location. The hotel is situated in old city, close to Aya Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. There is a supermarket in 50 metres. Stayed here prior to travelling to Nth Cyprus for 4 nights. Room very small and basic, but suited us fine as we only slept there. Arrived in the rain and it was dark, initial reaction where on earth are we? Next morning realised we were perfectly positioned for all the sights. Walk down to the Bosphorus about 20 minutes everything else within that time. Hotel room was big enough, clean do you need more on a city break? more

Booked hotel three months ın advance on ınternet. Management does not honor bookıng (ın spıte of showıng them the confırmatıon of our bookıng), after an hour of shufflıng papers they send us by taxı to another hotel (we have to pay) , where we lıkewıse have to waıt, but where a solutıon ıs eventually found for us.
