This is a most terrible hotel I've ever been. The room was not so bad. It has just a strange smell. But the bathroom is frightful. There are a lot of funguses in the bathroom. A curtain in the shower was the only water stopping device. When you take shower all the water run right on the floor. There was... More

I wrote a letter to the hotel to provide information about services. Within 10 minutes I received a detailed response. The first time I meet such a high level of such consultation. Albion Hotel Boutique - certainly the first in the list for a future rest! Thanks More

The (very small!) hotel bathroom smelt very dank and unclean. My husband got a splinter in his foot from wood shavings on the floor - which was covered by a dirty and stained carpet. It looks like the owners are basically not bothered with improving the building in any way. Certainly not worth the money - we only stayed one... More

This is an old fairly basic city centre hotel. It provided 3 nights accommodation for us in a clean and comfortable bed and very small en suite but it worked - just. It has a lift which is a plus BUT there is a flight of steps to reach it???? There's no pool or patio or even roof terrace, just... More

giving this 4 out of 5 based purely on the location, its within 10 mins walk of 5 major atractions Aya sofia, the palace, the cistern, the bazaar and a the archiology museum. The room was basic but had satelite tv and a empty fridge for storing drinks. the bed was good and great for a nights sleep but the... More

This is our third time in Istanbul and this time we wanted to choose a basic hotel. Albion Hotel is such a great place for travellers demand a clean and basic room enough for a good sleep and generous breakfast. We also appreciate all the hotel staff, they were all very helpul and attentive. More

Nice, affordable 3* hotel. Don't expect to much - it's quite basic, but very central if you're just looking for a place to sleep. Staff are friendly and and helpful. More

I would genuinely describe this as a nightmare hotel!! We were travelling as two couples and as such we booked two double rooms with plenty of time to spare before we got there (6 weeks). When we got there, they had our reservations but told us they were fully booked (the place seemed deserted and was as quiet as a... More
