The Service, rooms, food (especially breakfast where you have to pay for Juices, Espresso and Eggs !!!), stuff were VERY... more

This was the hotel selected by the tour group for Istanbul. We stayed two nights there on our arrival in Turkey and one before departure. Our room wasn't too bad - just small - but then the rates are hardly exorbitant. The breakfast experience was interesting - it was supposedly included in our tour, but of course as soon as... more

We stayed at the Zurich Hotel (Istanbul) in early October 2008 and it was not what we expected at all for the following reasons: - The employees at the front desk are very rude and not helpful at all. - You are charged extra for juice (USD 3) and eggs (USD 4) at the breakfast bar. - The area of... more

Well maintained, clean hotel. HOWEVER! never have I encountered such rude, unfriendly staff. Was asked if I wanted an orange juice at breakfast - little did I know it would be 4 US Dollars on checkout. Small thing really, but the only hotel in the world I've had to pay for an orange juice AFTER paying for breakfast. It was... more

The hotel is okay.Very good location and staff extremely pleasant. However avoid lower level rooms we stayed in 107 and hardly slept at all because of the noise from the disco which goes on loudly till 2am every night. We changed rooms to 4th floor much bigger better room and quiet. Breakfast pretty grim as is"bar". But nice little roof... more

The hotel is not really a 4 star hotel. I was expecting things like toothapaste and iron from my room. The minibar was empty and switched off, I think that service is no longer available, however minibar was mentioned in the hotel webpage. The wireless internet connection promised on the hotel webpage was not working (wireless network was found but... more
