We reserved a room as a family with two infants ,although I had confirmation from MANAGER that they are gonna give us a triple room,on the day we arrived they simply said sorry we do not have any triple room empty!!!!! It was so annoying staying in a small room without any window and natural light with two babies! The... More

Me and my husband stayed in Troya hotel on our mini vacantion in may.we loved it here. Rich breakfast, great food and home made deserts! The hotel staff is very kind. We had reservations, but we arrived at the hotel 8 hours befor the check in.we didn't wait in the lobby, cuz they had an empty room at that time, and they... More

This is a clean and convenient family-owned city hotel. The rooms are clean and well decorated, with friendly staff. Good breakfasts with a simple selection of Turkish and Western fare. It's a 5 minutes walk from the main shopping street of Beyoglu district with all the Turkish and int'l mid-priced brands. A good launch pad to all the major sites.... More

We were given a tiny room with no view whatsoever (all we could see was a wall less than two meters away) which was quite stuffy unless the air conditioning was on. Everything was modern and clean, the wifi worked fine, the service in general was good. There are definitely options for better value accommodation in Istanbul (rental apartment for... More

The room had comfortable bed although small window with not much natural light. Wifi was pretty intermittent at times and the hotel was generally noisy from other guests. Location good though and breakfast area was very nice.

My experience in this place was horrible. The room was dark and very tight in space. There was no real window; the curtain was stained and in grey color. The worse was that it is very noisy. Maybe it was the time I stay, coincidently with a group of young people on my floor. The talking noice, opening and closing... More

Ive been there for a week, everything in this hotel is very convenient: the location (2 minutes walk to the lively Istiklal), the staff, the service, the cleanliness, and the value for money. The staff is very friendly and helpful which is the most comfortable thing for a traveler. This hotel is well recommended.

Had a pleasant stay here. Treated to a drink & Turkish delight at check in. The room was very clean and the bathroom had a large shower! The hotel is positioned in the middle of the action and a short walk to the hustle & bustle of Taksim square & some excellent lane way restaurants. The views from the roof... More

Great location for exploring Beyoglu. Lots of great restaurants in the lane ways around the hotel. A tidy, modern hotel with clean rooms and a nice roof top restaurant with great views. We took a taxi (4pm Sat afternoon) to get here from the airport and got here in 35 minutes. We stayed on a Saturday night and our room... More
