I didn't stay in this hotel, but my friend and I went to have drinks there two nights in a row. The rooftop bar has an amazing view of the Blue Mosque. If you go up at the right time, you can here the call to prayer from the Blue Mosque. I had the Chicken with pineapple, which was to... More

I just stayed in the Nomade Hotel and overall the experience was quite a good one. I had been warned by a friend that the rooms were small and basic, with very little hanging space for your clothes. This said, I enjoyed my stay. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels supplied. The breakfast was a very good... More

Found this nice hotel on some website being recommended as a unique boutique hotel. When we got there that is what we found, excellent location, comfortable rooms, and fantastic views from the roof terrace and a bar which was rather underused. Nothing was an issue for the man on reception , we could do what we wanted and when and... More

A week long stay in very pleasant small hotel near to all major attractions. Clean and small wood floored rooms. Excellent breakfast on roof top terrace - becomes a bar in the evening. Watch out for the cat who likes cake! Would stay here again reasonable price and good location. Just tucked away in a side street close to Sultanahmet... More

The Nomade is in a great location, in the centre of the historic Sultanahmet district. The view of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia from the roof terrace is so stunning that this is recommended as a spot for a drink even if you're not staying. The Nomade is a 1 minute walk from the tram stop so it is... More

Really enjoyed my stay. The rooftop cafe, the views, the little rooms, all wonderful. Don't go here if you are looking for a big suite and room service. Instead, you get a small elevator, flights of stairs, freindly staff, ****great**** breakfast, and a wonderful time.

We didn't stay at this hotel but would recommend the roof terrace for a drink and to take in the amazing view of the blue mosque. Try to be here for the evening call to prayer which is very atmospheric. Be warned its 5 flights up but definitely worth it!

I loved our experience at Nomad. It was our first time in Istanbul and the staff were incredibly helpful when we had questions about the best way to get around and the most efficient ways to plan our time. The hotel is small and charming. Though the rooms are small they are tasteful and very clean. It was everything we... More

Friendly staff giving nice advice on what to visit and when to go where. Breakfast is mainly fruits and cheese with little meat in case you like it. Nice view from terrace on top floor. Rooms are small, especially the bathroom. The low price makes up for the smaller rooms (free wifi is included). A little hard to find so... More

PROs: The hotel has a very tasteful and cosy design, modern with a touch of tradition. Most hotels in Sultanahmet are usually quite outdated and kitschy. Position is superb: tramway practically at the door step, all sightseeing attraction at very short walking distance (Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazar), many restaurants and souvenir shops around, safe and frequented...
