We were greeted by staff with a refreshing fruit drink. We were quickly assigned rooms. The rooms were modern and comfortable. The second floor dining and breakfast room was bright and airy and the food tasty. Just off the lobby is a large lounge area where you can meet friends and enjoy a beverage. The hotel is on a busy... Clean, comfortable, good staff, great breakfast. Outdoor cafe next door. Great shopping area. Walked to Bazaar and restaurants. Very accommodating with leaving luggage for late pick up. Rooms were spacious enough but not big. Like most travel hotels in the US. Beds were a little hard.

We stayed here with a tour group. The rooms are clean and nice - nothing fantastic though. Bathrooms have been remodeled and include rain head showers. If you like wash cloths, bring your own since they are like most European hotels and don't include a wash cloth. The breakfast buffet includes plenty of choices to satisfy all. The best part... More

Excellent location for sightseeing around old town Istanbul as well as tram access right outside the front door. Helpful staff, most with well spoken English. Arrived around 8:30am in order to meet a tour and stay that night. Were expecting to leave our bags for the day but reception allocated us straight to a room. Nice to come back and... More

I had a nice 4 nights stay at Kent hotel, Lalali area - Istanbul. The hotel is much better now after the renovation. Rooms are renewed, nice, clean and comfortable, but small, any way most of hotels in same area are with similar size. The lobby has nice space. Breakfast buffet is good. Service is also nice till my incident... More

My experience in this hotel was a reasonably pleasant one, aside from a few small things. The bathroom was immaculate and wonderful after a long day exploring. As was the well stocked mini bar! However, I was woken several times in the night by people in the hall way, due to the paper-thin walls. Secondly, my smoke-free room, upon first... More

The hotel collected us from the airport thankfully and we stayed at the Kent for two nights prior to a Turkey On the Go tour. We found the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was at the back which was reasonably quiet only hearing the call to prayer. The room was relatively spacious and we enjoyed the availability of... More

This hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and up to date. Dinner was a sit down meal that was very good and breakfast was a buffet that had many yummy choices. The rooms also had in room coffee/tea and a refrigerator with items to purchase. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located close to many famous sights like Blue Mosque and the Big Bazaar. The main tram line has a stop almost opposite to the hotel so it is easy to travel to the centre by tram if you don't want to walk. And if you walk, it is easy to find the way to the hotel by... More
