This hotel has a modern interior and the rooms are very well appointed. The bedroom was large, had two comfy beds, a good size ensuite with a large shower compartment. There is a safe, kettle, minibar and free (slow) wifi. The hotel is generally clean though I did find thick dust under the bed (I was looking for something I... More

Excellent Hotel situated close to many of the Main Attractions in this Vibrant City. The Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque are within easy walking distance (wear comfortable shoes as the pavements are VERY uneven). Our third visit to this hotel in recent years. Since our last visit the accommodation, whilst always comfortable, has been improved and upgraded still further. The... More

The great thing about the place is the location , just a short walk and you will be in the heart of the city , and yeah the room was clean , quite and decent enough/ for me the breakfast was amazing since it was all turkish dishes. But the wifi can be connected just on one device and they... More

This was our first trip to Istanbul and the Kent Hotel was the perfect place to stay for a newby. It's very well located, clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent, even though I suspect they're on commission from a number of travel operators they still gave great recommendations for a first timer to get a sense of this fabulous city.... First stay of many more to come at Kent. Very pleased with Service from all around the hotel. Front desk receptionists Mr Mustapha & Mr Egemen were really helpful warm & welcoming. Check in was a breeze by Mustapha. Our requests were all attended to. Breakfast was laid out. The manager would go out of his way to please guests.... More

Location is great near the Tram, Grand Bazaar and other tourist attractions. Only issue is the triple room has too little wardrobe space

Good place to stay if you are visiting Istanbul for the first time. Well furnished, clean rooms and within walking distance from all major attractions. The tram station is right in front of the hotel. An added advantage. WiFi is complimentary but does not offer the best of speeds. Breakfast was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff, very fluent in English.... More

We arrived late at night (midnight) with a tour from Gallipoli. We hadn't slept in nearly 46 hours so were happy to see the hotel. We arrived in our room on the top floor and it was a double bed and a single. Although double is perhaps a stretch, it was a very small double and two people would be... More

4* star Hotel. Clean rooms and nice, friendly staff. Rooms are Euro 140 but cheaper than staying close to the Blue Mosque. Need to walk to restaurants. The attractions, Blue Mosque etc, are about 1km away but you can take the tram or its a pleasant walk.

I've seen better service and assistance in 4* hotels. Unfortunately, my experience has not been the best of them all at this particular spot. In general terms, the hotel is well located. And the room & service standards are average. With regards personel, I was very well greeted by the reservations team but not as well greeted or assisted by... More
