If you can tolerate the constant noise from air conditioning this hotel is for you. Probably the worst night sleep (didn't get a single 5 mInutes) I've had in a hotel. Complained through the night but nothing. Why have bedrooms where you can't sleep!

The rooms are sımple and a bıt spartan. But they are clean and comfortable. Call to prayers may ınterrupt your sleep so ask for an ınsıde room and run a fan or somethıng to have some whıte noıse and you won,t hear them. The food ıs adequate. Not super not bad pretty good selectıon. The fresh fruıts are always amazıng!... More

We noted the good reviews for this hotel and had hoped to enjoy our stay - that was not the case. Check-in was easy and fast, our bags arrived at our room very quickly. The room was as advertised on the brochure other than no tea / coffee facilities and there was a notice in the room asking us not... More

It is really well positioned, modern and clean hotel. It is easy to access most of the important things in Istanbul with or without using public transport (the tram station is just opposite to the hotel). Staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms on the top floor have smaller windows but that does not spoil the overall impression. The... More

This hotel caters to groups, but they are generally quiet and respectful people from all cultures. The rooms are modern, the food is excellent, and the service is considerate and efficient. It's located about ten blocks from Sultanahmet, but it's right on the tram line, which is convenient. When we had our window open it was incredibly noisy, but things... More

I have been to Istanbul many times on business and always stayed in the Taksim area. This time I was visiting with a friend and we wanted to sightsee. I chose this hotel from recommendations on Tripadvisor and we were absolutely delighted with it. We got the metro and then a tram from the airport, it was so easy and... More

Confession: We didn't actually stay at Kent Hotel, so we can't speak to the quality of the rooms, but we did duck in here to find something we didn't have the exact address for when we were stuck without Internet service. The staff, even though we weren't guests, bent over backwards to help us find the place. If we make... More

I stayed for two nights at this hotel prior to a trip to Iraq in early March, 2013. The lobby was being completely remodeled, so that was quite inconvenient, but temporary -- I hope. I was with three friends and they were given nice double rooms on the third floor. The man at the front desk, however, put me in... More
