Me and my Mom stayed in the hotel for four nights in October 2008. I booked the hotel using their web-site and the hotel offered free one-way transfer (either from or to the airport). We preferred to be met at the airport and brought into the hotel as we were having a late flight and it was our first time... more

Simply it's tow stars , not four. Pictures at the site of the hotel is not as in the hotel. Accommodation here is very tired because of the inconvenience. Rooms very small. There is no air conditioning despite the heat. Breakfast dishes are numbered. The only good thing is the location but not great, and there are several hotels in... more

the family room was OK, but it was sometimes noisy from the patio we recommend not to book the family room on the first floor prices are too high for what you get - try to get a better price more

centrally located hotel, clean with nice and tasty breakfast. convenient acces to large bazar and public transport. in that sense suitable for business trip or city break. on the other hand, staff were not the best sofar in hospitality and courtesy with a smile. although booked and pre-paid through tour operator, there was some hassle with the bill. only because... more

Same view from the restaurant .interesting the art floor in an old Romas cistern . And near by public transport (which worls perfectly) and Kumkapi fish restaurants in walking distance .... more

Granted, I'm not the most demanding traveller, but I truly like this hotel. What I probably like most are its location and its price. It's a bit west of Sultanhamet, very near the Grand Bazzaar, Istanbul University, and Bayezit Square. It's half a block off the main tram line, about two blocks either direction to the nearest tram stop. But... more

Hotel does not deserve 4 stars! The only good thing was that it is close to the important sights in the old part of Istanbul. The lobby is very dark and nobody seems to take care of. Service is not good. You dont get an appropiate answer (we asked for the way to a well known restaurant on the map... more

I booked this hotel for 8 of my friends for a long weekend 05/2008. Whilst the hotel rooms were ok, I found the staff quite unfriendly, and unhelpful. For instance the first night when we needed a cab to go to a restaurant, they said it's best to go and hail one from the streets. 30 mins later and drenched... more
