The best thing about the hotel was the view. We could see Hagia Sophia from our window. This hotel is within 2 minutes walking distance from Topkapi palaceand Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque is nearby. Very convenient distance from the tram, if you want to go to the grand bazaar, the spice market or dolmabahce palace. Breakfast is simple but... More

This hotel is very reasonably priced and in an excellent location for seeing Topkapi Palace, Aya Sofia, the Blue Mosque, and other sites of the Sultanahmet neighborhood. The breakfast is extensive as well. Make sure you have drinks in the restaurant/bar on the top floor to enjoy the impressive view. The staff will take very good care of you.

We stayed 3 Nights, it was my second visit to this Hotel. The hotel look so beautiful with typical Turkish style, Lobby so lovely with very excellent front office, so helpful with information. Room not too big but so organize and clean, classic design and interior. The breakfast very good, on the top of the roof with fantastic view, panoramic... More

We spent three nights at this hotel in Oct 2014, and we were extremely happy with every aspect of the hotel. The hotel is perfectly located - just a short walk from Hagia Sophia and the blue mosque, and right next to the Topkapi Palace gate. In fact, we had a great view of the amazing Hagia Sophia from our... More

I stayed here solo over Christmas for a short break, mainly to see the sight-see and photograph. Very attentive and polite service from the front-desk: Ferdi was usually there and his spoken English was very good indeed. My room was on the 2nd floor with a stunning view of the Hagia Sofia - wonderful at dawn! You will hear the... More

I stayed in this hotel in November for 4 nights with a group of friends during our visit in Istanbul. We booked two rooms. The rooms were wide (also well-dimensioned bathroom) and very very clean. One fo the two double room we booked, was a triple room. Hotel's position is perfect! It is near the most important monuments. You can... More

I have been visiting Istanbul several times a year for the past 40 years and have stayed in hotels from modern Taxim to ancient Sultanahmet – some good and others not. In the more than 100 countries I have visited, I always seek a hotel I can call “home” and I like to get to know the staff. For years... More

Besides being perfectly located, this hotel gets extra high marks for cleanliness, quality of food, and especially service. From the nice selection at the morning's breakfast to the last glass of raki in the evening, I can find nothing negative to say!

We just spent 4 nites at this property and were very pleased! The location is outstanding...just a short 5 min. walk down the hill from Hagia Sophia following along the palace wall. The view from our room (Rm. 305 is at the front of the hotel) offered a direct view of the massive Hagia Sophia from one set of windows... More
