We spent three nights at this hotel in Oct 2014, and we were extremely happy with every aspect of the hotel. The hotel is perfectly located - just a short walk from Hagia Sophia and the blue mosque, and right next to the Topkapi Palace gate. In fact, we had a great view of the amazing Hagia Sophia from our... More

I stayed here solo over Christmas for a short break, mainly to see the sight-see and photograph. Very attentive and polite service from the front-desk: Ferdi was usually there and his spoken English was very good indeed. My room was on the 2nd floor with a stunning view of the Hagia Sofia - wonderful at dawn! You will hear the... More

I stayed in this hotel in November for 4 nights with a group of friends during our visit in Istanbul. We booked two rooms. The rooms were wide (also well-dimensioned bathroom) and very very clean. One fo the two double room we booked, was a triple room. Hotel's position is perfect! It is near the most important monuments. You can... More

I have been visiting Istanbul several times a year for the past 40 years and have stayed in hotels from modern Taxim to ancient Sultanahmet – some good and others not. In the more than 100 countries I have visited, I always seek a hotel I can call “home” and I like to get to know the staff. For years... More

Besides being perfectly located, this hotel gets extra high marks for cleanliness, quality of food, and especially service. From the nice selection at the morning's breakfast to the last glass of raki in the evening, I can find nothing negative to say!

We just spent 4 nites at this property and were very pleased! The location is outstanding...just a short 5 min. walk down the hill from Hagia Sophia following along the palace wall. The view from our room (Rm. 305 is at the front of the hotel) offered a direct view of the massive Hagia Sophia from one set of windows... More

The hotel offers the perfect location to explore Istanbul, with plenty of restaurants very close bye and next to Tokapi Palace. The Hotel is extremely clean everywhere. Breakfast is excellent and offers plenty of choice for everybody's tastes. Our room 303 was... More

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights for part 1 of our first trip to Istanbul. The location of the hotel could not have been better. Don't be thrown off by the fact that the hotel is not on a busy main street, you will be thankful later. Rooms: We had a room on the third floor overlooking the... More

We booked this hotel directly with the owner and was very impressed with the price and the service. Although we are quite au fait with turkish lifestyle, the reception staff were very helpful in recommending local attractions, tours (which we don't tend to go on) without being pushy, and local restaurants. The hotel itself is situated literally 50 yards from... More

Location: perfectly located within walking distance to major attractions including but not limited to Sultanahmet Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern and Grand Bazaar. The hotel is located almost next to Topkapi Palace. The area is safe at nights. Customer service: the staff were very helpful. Rooms: I think the size of the rooms were good. There aren't much to complain... More
