if you are a thrifty traveler and you want to see the Old City of Istanbul, this is the place. This is a no frills hotel. No elevator. Just the basics. But what more do you really need if you are heading out to see the sights? The best parts: 1. location - my wife and I arrived at 3:00... More

The location of this hotel was the best! only few meters from Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque. Staff was very welcomed and friendly willing to help. Also breakfast was very good everything you need was there. Room was also clean and cosy, and room service was the best. Actually, our positive experience in Istanbul started with this very good hotel.... More

The hotel is very close to the main attractions. Being a boutique hotel the rooms are not large but they are clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was included and delicious. Leo, the Guest Relations Manager was extremely professional, friendly making sure we've had a pleasant stay. Thanks Leo!

We needed a place with two single beds and one in which my daughter could feel safe, Sultans Inn was perfect. We stayed a week, enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning (cheeses, eggs, cereal, scalloped potatoes, olives, breads, fruit, endless coffee and tea); and the afternoon tea on the rooftop courtyard. We were also grateful for the assistance given by... More

We decided to stay at this hotel due to the great reviews about the kind and helpful staff and the good breakfast, how surprised we were when we found neither. The men at the front desk were more like security guards, and even security guards we found around Istanbul were nicer. They offered airport transfer for the way back when... More

We mentioned that we were going with an infant and yet they gave us two single beds. When asked for a change, one of the staff members came and joined the two beds. We had to manage with the joint in the center. Some of the receptionists were extremely rude. When asked for a wakeup call and dint get one... More

The Room is very small, if one person wants to walk other should be in the Bed. Overpriced, It doesn't have elevator and no one will help you to carry your baggage to 3 to 4 floors. They offer a ride back to airport during check-in time, if you say yes, during check-out they say your car ready and you... More

A little better than average owing to the large and plentiful buffet breakfast (chocolate cakes were so tasty); it's fantastic location (it's less than a 10min walk away from the major sites in Sultanahmet and right beside the Sea of Marmara); the mini kitchen and dining room upstairs that overlooks the Blue Mosque; and it's value for money. This Inn... More

The staff are friendly, helpful and always around to guide guests. I think this is the most important feature of Sultan's Inn. It is also small, cozy and strategically located in Sultanahmet. The lady who serves breakfast is very nice, always ready with her welcome smile. It makes you feel at home.
