Do not stay at this hotel. Carpets badly stained. Problems with toilets. Went to use lift on 7th floor and found the button had fallen into the wall necessitating use of stairs-not a good option with suitcases. You get the feeling cleanliness is not a priority. EJS

The hotel was awful. (Απαράδεκτο ξενοδοχείο). It was very dirty. (Πάρα πολύ βρώμικο). The stuff was impolite and unhelpful. (Αγενέστατο προσωπικό). The breakfast was bad (κακό πρωινό). Noone should stay there.

We have booked 2 rooms for a 3 night stay, through a very well reputed agency, believing it was a 4* hotel. Unfortunately the rooms were very dirty, the service and the breakfast were terrible. We could hardly spend one night there. The next morning we packed and moved to another hotel.

every thing is very bad .I'm not coming back to this hotel.Service is very poor.I suggest you choose the Golden Age hotel. With less money, you can choose a better hotel., there is no most basic facilities such as tea maker and slippers in the room.

We had a 7-night stay in this hotel on July 2014. Brief highlights: 1- Totally an average hotel 2- Small rooms 3- Normal breakfast 4- Average service 5- Good wifi internet in rooms 6- Hotel organization not designed for peak condition. Our stay includes a weekend and when the number of travelers increased the restaurant had no enough space for... More

I stayed at Crystal Hotel in June 2014 for one night with my family. The next day we decided to pack and leave this dirty hotel because of so many reasons. There was mold in the walls and the AC wasn't even working; it was so hard to breath because of how humid it was inside the rooms. We had... More

Avoid like plague. Although this hotel has an excellent location, everything else is pretty much not worth of a 4-star hotel. Crowded, hot, weak air-conditioning, broken window, horrible breakfast, and staff who don't speak English are just a few of the problems of this hotel. Despite the bad conditions, since the hotel has some contracts with the Iranian travel agancies,... More

Stealing money from the SAFE BOX?!!! That I can't tolerate. I stayed there for 4 nights, breakfast quality was so poor and the pool wasn't available. 4satrs?!! At the best it's a 2star hotel. The only thing that is good about this hotel is that its located near Taksim square.
