We visited this hotel as a part of a Tour in Turkey and Greece, to begin with the location, it´s in the noisy ugly end part of old Istanbul, that means lot of cheap clothing stores, dark streets at night, and not much to do in the nearby. I have read some opinions that the Grand Bazaar, and other places... More

Central location. Short walking to metro that takes you around old town or all the way over to new part of Istanbul. Walking distance to blue mosk and grand bazar. Hundreds of ordinary cheap clothes stores just outside hotel. Service minded reception, portier and bartender. Smart suggestions for how to explore Istanbul and great turkish restaurants. We got an upgraded... More

This little gem of a place is simply delightful. Situated in the Laleli district near the Istanbul University, the area is chock full of simply outstanding, tourist-free restaurants and amazing food. We arrived at around eight in the morning and were shown to our room, after an unexpected complimentary breakfast which was more than adequate. Tours are easily arranged and... More

The hotel is OK for a rather cheap price you get a hotel that is situated near to Aksaray Metrostation, perfect for transfer from and to the Airport. The tram stop is only a short walk from the hotel and takes you to the most popular sights. The room was OK and so was the breakfast. Good roomservice.

I spend four days beginning of October for four days with my wife and our experience was really bad for a four star hotel and a trip advisor winner for year 2012!! we have to wait 45 minutes for the driver to pick us form the airport and when complained to reception, the front office agent asked us to tell... The staff was not very pleasant and made us feel bad that we booked our tours with the tour company we were there with instead of through them. The air conditioning did Not work 2 of 3 nights we were there.... More

stayed here last week. The rooms are very small, the bathroom even smaller - the tub was built on two levels - don't know why. Otherwise its clean, peaceful and the breakfast is good. Lobby is decorated very nicely, great place to relax with its soothing tones and colours. The staff is very helpful especially Esra. The area is not... More

Stayed here for a 4-night break. The hotel is situated in a quiet side street in an otherwise frenetically busy city. Not luxurious but very clean and comfortable with friendly, very helpful staff. We were greeted with a bowl of fruit and a cold drink in our room on arrival which was a nice and welcome touch. The hotel is... More
