It´s a great hotel. The restaurant/breakfast is at the terrace, with a great view of the Bosforus and the Blue Mosque, but it is a cople hundred meters behind it, without a nicelly paved sidewalk. The staff was very helpfull and I can´t understand some of the critics seen here. more

We were very suprised at the sloppy service at this hotel. We waited more than 30 minutes for out luggage to be delivered to our room after checking in. The room overlooked the street and was quite noisey. Although the room was for two people there were never two bathrobes in the bathroom. However the real suprise was at breakfast.... more

An excellent mid size hotel, very comfortable, good rooms, spacious lounges, friendly and efficient staff, magnificent terrace restaurant atop hotel with panoramic views across the Bosphorus, the sea of Marmara and unique view of the Istanbul's Blue mosque. The error was ours in that I should have booked my original choice of the four seasons! We got to the hotel and were taken to a small room which could not even house my cse laid flat anywhere. We stayed there for 3 nights in August 2009. The hotel is very well located (near the Blue Mosque ). However, I would agree with the earlier reviews - this is not a 5 stars hotel - more like a 3 stars. The reviewers who have found this hotel excellent would have probably never stayed in a true 5 stars... more
