The positive aspects are a wonderful breakfast and a great location. From the hotel the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Cistern, and Tram are all within close walking distance. Celal Sultan is wonderfully situated in the Old City in a quiet side street just footsteps away from the Yerebatan Cistern !
