My husband and I booked this hotel due to it's great location and lovely traditional decor. When we arrived we were treated and offered breakfast. The very helpful receptionist then sat down with us and a map circled everywhere to go, helped us use the metro etc. Our room was beautiful, a double deluxe, to which he ensured we had... More

First of all, the stuff was great - for the moment of booking to the moment of our departure - They called back to confirm the reservation and room details, provided lots of information on what to do and how to move around on our arrival and even prepared for us breakfast to take away as we need to depart... This was our second stay. Was great experience just like last year. Staff very pleasant and helpful especially feta. Location right near blue mosque but peaceful. We would come again. Also the coast is nearby for night walks.

This hotel was the first of our tour, we stayed two nights. A great location, friendly English speaking staff, comfortable beds. Certainly not at the luxury end (very tiny bathrooms, and room were smaller than average), but clean, good breakfast, good happy hour, good Wi-Fi. Would stay there again.

Central location, excellent service, lovely rooms, nice breakfast, I would recommend this hotel to everyone - the location near the blue mosque means you need to be aware of the call to prayer over loudspeakers but I expect it would be hard not to hear it from any hotel on the old city

This hotel is in the old city and only about 100m from the Hippodrome. It is well known by the tour operators as being popular with Australian tourists, but I stayed there at the same time as an American couple - point being they understand English and tours. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and a small grocery... More

We stayed at the Sokullu Passa Hotel at the beginning of our Turkish tour. It was the perfect start and personally I could have easily stayed there for a week. If visiting Istanbul I would highly recommend this boutique hotel. The customer service was the best I have experience anywhere in the world! The hotel considering it's history and location... More

We have 2 nights at Sokullu Pasa Hotel. The location of this hotel is great, is almost perfect for visiting old town with all the historical attractions. The staff are beyond helpful and gracious. The breakfast is delightful, The Mosque near the hotel is a bit noisy, WIFI is not strong at room

We stayed at this property for two nights on our return back to Istanbul as our first hotel was unable to accommodate us as it was full for this period. On checking in, we were rather glad as this hotel had a good 'feel' & proved to be comfortable with some character & well situated. Our room overlooked the back... More

We have just returned from a very enjoyable six night stay at the Sokullapasa Hotel in the Sultanahmet area of Istanbul. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are tastefully decorated in traditional Turkish style and have air conditioning, mini bars and en suite facilities - the beds were very comfortable. The lobby area... More
