We reserved a room with a King-Sized bed. We were sent to room 3116 by someone behind the counter whose name label said: CIHAN. Stayed here for three nights in november can't speak highly enough of the hotel excellent sized room cleaned throughly everyday, No problem with out late checkout request or any other requests we had small but nice fitness center and excellent breakfast although that was bit pricey unless booked in advance. Crowne's Plaza hotel in Istanbul, is a brand newly built hotel but they gave terrible, lousy service there. I would advise not staying at this hotel or choose choose the neighborhood where this hotel is located. We did not take their breakfast plan so cannot comment on quality of food. Huge hotel in prime location just off main road, near tram stop and good eateriesand 4 tram stops from main sights. Breakfast buffet varied and appetising. only negative was synthetic orange juice. Liked our room for having two easy chairs in window. Staff friendly and helpful. more

Booked suite for my wife and myself and room for our daughter. Arived on a Sunday and thought maybe the cleaners did not work on that day,it appears that they do not work any day!
