At first I was concerned - my Expedia packaged holiday seemed way to cheap for this hotel to be any good. My mind was somewhat laid at ease once I started corresponding with the hotel regarding their transfer service. Their prompt replies paved the path to the good service we received in the hotel. The best part about Angel's Home... more

We have just check out at this excellent hotel which is close to all the main tourist attractions. We had a deluxe room which was very well furnished. Breakfast was excellent and was served on roof terrace. the terrace has amazing views of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia and the Bosphorus. The hotel was beautifully clean and the staff... more

I stayed there back in March of 2007, and I really enjoyed my stay at that hotel. Even though its pretty much a basic hotel with basic accommodations, it had a far friendlier atmosphere, and a more at-home feeling than many major 4 or 5 star hotels did. It's also located in the Historic Sultanahmet area of Istanbul. And it's... more

We stayed there for 5 nights at this hotel. I and my colleague stayed in the Deluxe Double while my boss and his wife stayed in the Sultanahmet Suite. The room is a bit small even for the suite. Another draw back from was the maid failed to stock toiletiers in our room. Lucky that we packed our stuffs from... more

I will hardly be able to do justice to everything we liked about Angel's Home Hotel during our 4 day stay there in June 2009. The hotel was attractive and comfortable; it had everything we could have wanted during our stay, whilst maintaining the charm and character of a small family run hotel. Location was ideal - tucked away quietly... more

Great helpful staff, they were very friendly. Held our bags at no extra cost, let us check out late at no extra cost. Called cabs to make sure we were not ripped off. Recommended restaurants with our specifications on what we wanted. Room was very clean, sheets and towles were very clean. Room was tidy everytime we came back. Unlimited... more

There was 6 of us staying at the ANGEL'S HOME HOTEL. We were treated like royalty and and was provided with all our needs. The staff was always around making us feel like we were at home. I highly recommend staying with ANGEL'S HOME HOTEL and wouldn't go elsewhere on my return to Turkey. more

The hotel is OK, but other places in the same street have far better value for the same prices. Rooms are a bit dark and sheets could be cleaner, the furniture and sheets are all held in dark red, the lobby smells a bit like cats, the courtyard outside the breakfast room could be tidied sometime. more

Highly recommend the penthouse rooms. They are quiet and look out over the Bosphorus or the Sultanahmet Mosque. Also recommend the restaurant. Staff excellent and very friendly. more
