The only down side to this hotel us the lack of views. Everything else was brilliant, rooms comfortable, public areas stylish, food tasty but the best was the service. Every member of staff we encountered went out of their way to be helpful but in a very natural way. They made a good stay, wonderful!

Hotel is ideally located for exploring the city, just off the Taxim square, with best public transport connections to major sights Istanbul offers. Rooms are spacious, excellent breakfast, gym and spa, excellent service. only downside is everything is beige and there is the occasional smell of drains in some rooms. It needs more personal touches to be a five star.

We stayed for 2 nights, and it was really perfect. Rooms are large, stuff is polite, and professional, and the hotel amenities are great. We re a frequent flyers to istanbul and after trying Hyatt there we decided to consider it every time we go.
