I recommend this hotel very highly. I have experience travelling in 60+ countries. Midillis offers friendly human support and great value for money. I got a warm welcome after a long flight, and a comfortable room with all requirements. I had some special requests, which they kindly accomodated. You can see the Blue Mosque from the breakfast terrace.

My best friend and I stayed at Art Midillis for 3 nights and it was the best decision we could have made. The location is amazing, close to everything-the Hippodrome, Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia-and yet not super busy and the rooms at the back are very quiet, except when prayers are being called. your host Kamerun is lovely. Hint-get... More

I used trip advisor to find this little gem and even though it had hardly a few reviews, I decided to book it.. I must say that of all the hotels we stayed at in Turkey, this was by far the best located. We stayed on the second floor with our rooms facing the street from where we had the... More

This is a little gem of a place on a pleasant street only a few minutes' walk from the Blue Mosque. Other main attractions are within walking distance and there is a pleasant bazaar just up the street. There are numerous good restaurants on the street (I tried 3) and lots of travel agents if you want to book tours... More

What a place! First of all, you simply will not find a better location - Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia are pretty much on your doorstep. As for the place itself, it is absolutely spotlessly clean, thanks to the almost obsessive cleaners who seem to always be around - and therefore it feels really safe and secure as well. The... More

the apartment is not easy to find, but the location is perfect! walking distance to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque, in the corner is mini market and small restaurants! it is 4 bedrooms, 2 single rooms and 2 double, located in old apartment building, on the 2nd floor (or first floor, but for sure there was a staircase-so think of... I planned to stay 2 nights, ended up staying 5 or more! Very nice apartments with everything you need + more. Plus a terrace overlooking Istanbul! Also very close to all the tourist places (5 minutes walk to all) you have to see in Istanbul. But the overriding factor of the warmth, friendliness and helpfulness of Kamuran Midilli, who runs... Stayed here for 6 nights in May. Really good place to stay. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with Fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and hob. You can do your washing and cook your own food and then sit on the terrace and look out over the Bosphorus or the Blue Mosque and eat, on the roof top terrace. Staff are... More
