My advise is that if you want a Hotel that looks good from the pictures then book it. I would never book this hotel even if it was free. May I suggest you to save your money and book a hotel that actually cares about their customers and not treat them without respect. Holidays are great but when things go... More

We had a great stay at the Meretto Hotel. We booked two rooms next to each other and had a pleasant stay. We especially liked the airport transport, breakfast and convenience to the attractions. We were able to walk everywhere and did not need to worry about transport. The hotel staff was curious and helpful in telling us how to... More

According to booking.com, the rooms at this hotel offers a bath or shower. I emailed the hotel 3 times to request a room with a bath but received no response. When I arrived at the hotel, nothing was explained to me. I was just told to follow a porter to my room. On entering the room, I noticed that there... More

A pleasant hotel which is close to the main tram line to many tourist attractions. The staff speak very little English so communication with them is difficult. The rooms were small and often lacked certain basics such as blankets on the beds. That said, the rooms has well functioning air conditioning which quickly brought the room to a comfortable temperature.... More

Rooms are comfortable but very small. Not particularly sympathic people. Breakfast rather medium and in a rather dark room located in the basement. People wanted me to pay for mini bar while I didn't take anything from it. Rather far from a 4 stars hotel but for 70 euros.. Good location not far from metro station.Ok for business but I... More

Rooms are perfectly clean, have new equipment and furniture but they are very small and don't have enogh space for moveing in it. Located very close to Aksaray metro station (line to the airport and the Expo Center). Aksaray area is a colorful, Asian neighborhood, full of street merchants. Taksim square is just 10 minutes driving if there is no traffic. The room (309) was not spacious, but ok for one person. Everything is brand new and nicely designed.
