We stayed at this hotel at the end of July. My wife had selected it based on the online reviews. It is very comfortable and conveniently located. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the main sites. It is also a short walk to the ferry. The room itself was very comfortable. If you are staying for less than 5-6... More

My parents and I visited Istanbul in April 2014 and stayed at the Elanaz on recommendation by a friend. It was a delightful stay. The hotel is small and charming, has excellent and very helpful staff, charming and good rooms and a nice breakfast. The location is excellent, just a few steps away from the tramway stop, Eminönu (ferries) and... More

Elanaz Hotel's location is great because it is close to the Eminönü wharf where you catch the ferries, and it is close enough to the main, but horribly over-crowed, tourist spots such as the Blue Mosque, Aya Sofya, Topkapi Palace which are in Sultanahmet. They are no more than ten minutes walk away or two minutes on the T1 tram.... More

I had visited Istanbul for my honeymoon and after great contemplation I choose Elanaz hotel as it was located in the old town and very close to the train station and all the major attractions in the Old Town. It also had a Honeymoon package which included airport transfer, bosphorous facing room, breakfast in the room, chocolates and wine on... More

Having just spent four nights at Elanaz Hotel we can't recommend it highly enough. The location made getting around to see all the sights so easy, whether you are walking or wish to catch the tram, everything is very accessible. Our room was fantastic, spotlessly clean and having a fridge in the room was very handy. But what makes any... More

The best hotel to see all the tourist attractions. Walking distance for major tourist landmarks. The hotel staff is very friendly and kind, specially the lady who makes breakfast. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. This is your best choice for a boutique hotel.

When we checked in as it wasn't full we were offered a free upgrade. Nice introduction to a basic hotel that does everything very well. The staff were friendly & helpful eg) offering to take a mobile phone to get a new screen and serving breakfast early on the day of our departure.

Great staff, nice rooms with wifi, close to many tasty restaurants and several historical sites. You can walk to the water, to the ferry, to the "palace," and many other interesting places. Staff will direct you, call for a taxi, etc.

The only reason I'd give this property three stars is because the staff are SO AMAZING and the location is great. In the States this property is like an older Motel 6 for some comparison- a cheap, road side motel. My room had weird stains on the comforter, black dirty mildew or something in the shower and the beds were... More

We had two nights here in a small, but very adequate, room facing the Bosphorus. As we had become accustomed to in Turkey by now, our host was extremely helpful and attentive. It was an easy walk to Aya Sofya, the Blue Mosque, the ferry terminal, the Spice Market and the Grand Bazaar. It was also close to the bus... More
