The best hotel to see all the tourist attractions. Walking distance for major tourist landmarks. The hotel staff is very friendly and kind, specially the lady who makes breakfast. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. This is your best choice for a boutique hotel.

When we checked in as it wasn't full we were offered a free upgrade. Nice introduction to a basic hotel that does everything very well. The staff were friendly & helpful eg) offering to take a mobile phone to get a new screen and serving breakfast early on the day of our departure.

Great staff, nice rooms with wifi, close to many tasty restaurants and several historical sites. You can walk to the water, to the ferry, to the "palace," and many other interesting places. Staff will direct you, call for a taxi, etc.

The only reason I'd give this property three stars is because the staff are SO AMAZING and the location is great. In the States this property is like an older Motel 6 for some comparison- a cheap, road side motel. My room had weird stains on the comforter, black dirty mildew or something in the shower and the beds were... More

We had two nights here in a small, but very adequate, room facing the Bosphorus. As we had become accustomed to in Turkey by now, our host was extremely helpful and attentive. It was an easy walk to Aya Sofya, the Blue Mosque, the ferry terminal, the Spice Market and the Grand Bazaar. It was also close to the bus... More

My wife and I spend 4 nights at the Elinaz. The room was spotless and comfortable, location is superb, in a small and quite street right in the old city of Istanbul. Especially I would like to mention the hospitality of the owner who went out of his way to ensure we are having a good stay. He recommended places... More

We stayed in the Bosphorus View Suite for 5 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The suite was very spacious and comfortable. We had a great view of the Bosphorus. The seating area was great for relaxing after a whole day out. The amenities were great. There was even a coffee machine, no tea bags though. The bathroom was... More

We love this hotel. Its location cannot be beat - we walked to all of our sightseeing destinations from Elanaz, including the Aya Sofya, the Blue Mosque, the ferry terminal for the Bosphorus cruise, and the Grand Bazaar. The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. They arranged our laundry service, reservations, and answered many questions. Someone is always at the... More

Stayed in the Elanaz for 4 nights following a great review from Tripadvisor. Staff treat you like an old family friend and nothing is too much trouble. Best rooms are on the top floor but ours was perfectly adequate as we were to use it as a central base to visit the top attractions. Everywhere is pretty much within walking... More

First time trip to Istanbul and we were very happy with our 7 night stay at Elanaz. It was in a perfect location in the historic old town, within walking distance to everything including the main train/tram stations. The service from the staff was flawless and really left a great impression on us. Our room was lovely, very clean &... More
