Hello! I go at this hotel very often, it is my favourite hotel in this part of Stambul. I am loving this hotel too much nice and friendly service. In the morning they are serving the delicious breakfast and all the day it is possible very well to eat in the hotel restaurant. Rooms are big, clean, every day cleaned.

We stayed wit 5 at Sorriso for 10 days during our city trip to Istanbul. Although we ordered a double room and a 3 person room, we got 2 rooms for 3 persons; the additional space was nice to have (no additional charges). Having stayed in other big cities around the world, we were surprised by the size of the... More

My small family had the most pleasant experience visiting Istanbul in May. Hotel Sorriso was not our first choice. We actually booked another hotel months ago, but evening before our flight we found out that our reservation was cancelled! What a nightmare! Only 12 hours before our flight we started to search for another accommodation. And we were so happy... More

I have stayed at the Sorriso Hotel more than once. The staff is very frendly and helpful. It is well located and the pool is a real plus on a hot summer day. I would definitely recommend this hotel There is a currency exchange next door and a small grocery store half a block away.

As the title says, we didn't stay at the Hotel Sorriso. However, whilst walking round the area we were persuaded into the restaurant for dinner by the very, very charming manager. It's a proper 'school-dinner' restaurant - our favourite type of Turkish restaurant where a number of traditional dishes are laid out for you to choose from. We were sold... More

when you approach the reception desk at a hotel in a foreign country where the culture is completely different to your own country and friendly, helpful, faces of the staff greets you, you don't mind if something goes wrong. But nothing went wrong! With a nice cup of Turkish tea welcoming us everything was perfect. Our room was facing the main road... More
