The most impressive thing this hotel is its personal. They are very helpful and friendly. The room was OK but not large enough for us. In the second day the only single bed disappeared we had to sleep in the remaining double bed (two parents and three children) . Wifi and air conditioning were poor. Breakfast is good but not... + It is one of the cheaper hotels in the area + The location is good, within walking distance to the Old City and a tram stop + The breakfast is good, with a lot of choice and a nice view + The staff is friendly and helpful - The airconditioning was leaking quite heavily. We asked about this twice,... More

My wife and I arrived in this hotel and they moved us to different building than the main. The room was so small we had to walk over the luggage and crawl to the dirt bed. the washroom didn't flash, the shower cold and not enough water, only one electric outlet, light in the hallway didn't work and when we... Checked into this hotel with a friend through a last minute deal and was blown away by the value for money. The outside of the hotel doesn't say much for the place, neither does the tired looking carpet on the stairs and into the corridors but the rooms, staff, breakfast and location to the main sites are all fantastic. The... More

I booked this based on photos and descriptions of room / hotel amenities on Expedia. When I arrived, after a long journey, I was placed instead in something called 'The Annex'. This is a nearby building that in no way resembles the hotel pictured in the photos on Expedia etc. It has a slum-like rundown feel to it and feels... More

Staff is friendly, and they are trying to be at the service. Hotel is nice overall. Location is good, but little hard to find. First night was the nightmare. There was some terrible noise, as someone was screaming like being killed. Staff said it was their neighbour, but I wasn't convinced in that story. We had a problem with air... More

We were staying in Sayeban hotel in May and were very pleased with the hotel personnel, the room we got for the price and amazing view from the hotel terrace. The manager Erkin helped us with every issue we were dealing and was very friendly and professional. There was a good variety of nice food for breakfast and the hotel... More

We stayed for three nights in early June and were happy with the stay. We arrived in early evening on a Monday and didn't have a problem getting the room we booked. Our cab driver had trouble finding the place so prepare your directions in advance. We stayed on the fourth floor and had a beautiful view of the dome... More

Overall hotel experience was terrible: when we arrive at the hotel we couldn't get the room we booked due to rooms overbooking. We had been set in another building within a small and dirty room, that according to the staff was the most beautiful among available ones). The room was in a bad neighborhood, water wes not alwasy working properly.... More
