I recommend all those who are travelling to Istanbul to try out Arden Park/City Hotel. Its best thing is its location in the old city & closeness to all the famous tourist spots in the city, Ayasofia, Basilica Cisterns, Topkapi, Blue Mosque etc. Everything about this hotel, its service, cleanliness, helpful receptionists, and ofcourse a wonderful breakfast :)..everything was just... We were staying in Istanbul one night before flying back out and were looking for a cheap place to stay. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel, which had clean rooms and was so centrally located to Istanbul's main attractions (the Basillica Cistern, Haya Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topika Palace). The breakfast in the morning was also pretty good. Would certainly... More

It's located in Ayasophia área. Perfect location if you want to do tourism. Very near to El Gran Bazar, Ayasophia.,. There are many restaurantes and there is one Starbucks around. Staff are great, they were very helpful with me.

With Expedia I booked a deluxe double room , but I found a very small room , bed for one and a half, small bathroom, there was no space for luggage. We immediately asked to be moved to a room with a double bed as our booking but the receptionist told us that it was impossible and that in Sultanahmet... More

My wife and I came to Turkey on a honeymoon trip; we stayed for 4 nights late January at Arden Park in Istanbul. We had an early CheckIn. The front desk staff were very friendly (special Thanks to Ahu) helped us arrange our daily plans around Istanbul. The location of the hotel is PERFECT, from 5 minutes walk to HagiaSophia... More

We stayed in this hotel in April 2014, the location is fantastic, the hotel is very clean, our room was spotless, though slighty small, but adequate for our needs. Staff were extremely friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfast was very nice and varied. The only negative is the sound proofing in the rooms. I would stay there again.

The front desk person when I was here was one of the most disrespectful people I have ever encountered while traveling. I was there January 2013, and the room did not fit any of the advertisements. It was nowhere near soundproof. The king sized bed was smaller than a queen. The television didn't work properly. When I alerted the front... More

The staff was really friendly, and the hotel was clean enough and all. Only one complaint. We gave a stack of post cards to the clerk at the front desk, paid her for the stamps and she said she would mail them. Not a single one out of over 20 ever arrived after months and months. DO NOT HAVE THEM... More

This hotel is the annex building of Arden City hotel, (not to be confused as they are practically next door to eachother). Breakfast was served next door in Arden City Hotel in a lovely ground floor breakfast room with excellent variety for continental foods. The staff on reception in Arden Park were very friendly and helpful. Mrs Ahu and Ejam... More
