Nice hotel room, spaceous. Wonderful bathroom. Not the best view because there is a building being remodelated in front but it's not their fault. Really nice staff who try always to help you. The restaurant inside the hotel is not expensive. Just a few blocks from the blue mosque!

This hotel is in a lovely part of Istanbul within walking distance from Grand Bazaar,Blue Mosque and Sultan Square. The room we had was on the fifth floor with views of the sea and mosques. The terrace bar on 6th floor is great even better views, comfy seating great way to watch sunset. Would definatly stay here again and would... More

This is a very good 4 star hotel located in Faith district . The rooms are nice and well furnished with all modern amenities. The bathrooms are neat & clean. The breakfast is in the basement hall and has a decent spread. The manager at the reception has a pleasant smile always and very eager to help. It's located within... More

When will hotel owners understand that guests will not return because of the poor internet connection. This hotel deserves a much better rating. It is situated at walking siatance to all touristic attractions and restaurants.

Good location in the old city. Just a short walk up the hill to the Main Street of the old city where we see all the sites, blue mosque and grand bazaar, or catch the tram to the river. Hotel modern, quite and clean. We enjoyed the cool, quite terrace at the top of the building where we sat most... More

We loved the hotel but unfortunately rooms were very cold. Even colder than outside. The heating system keeps making noise so we couldn't sleep all night (room on the ground floor). Otherwise it is newly refurbished hotel and the rooms look great. Another down side was the female receptionist, she was too grumpy and moody all the time. Maybe it... More

after cleaning up, the door of the room was left totally opened the hole day. No apologies from the reception stuff, and no clarification, although they promised to do. The room was noizy, everything was listening from street, some strange sounds from condition equipment. The food was good.

I would give this hotel 5/5 for the room. It was very comfortable with a little balcony facing the Main Street. The rest is all poor. Breakfast is below average, staff (except for Ernine at the front desk) is rude and stand offish. Poor amenities like no face cloths, cotton buds that are like mini arrows, no makeup mirror, towels... More

I do not recommend this hotel at all. I stayed in this hotel for one week, I travel alone and I am a middle age lady. 2 persons in reception in this hotel lucked me out of my room and did not let me go to my room because they misunderstood me. I was a guest in this hotel and... More

Staying in Sultanahmet

Neighborhood Profile
Sultanahmet
With so many unmissable attractions within a mere stroll of each other – and all set around the site of an ancient Byzantine hippodrome – Sultanahmet is an overwhelmingly popular tourist destination, and a prime location for visitors to be wowed on a truly epic scale. Beyond the wonders of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and more, this relatively small area of Istanbul somehow manages to retain an air of peace and calm. It offers visitors a significantly less celebrated but nonetheless pleasant network of quaint lanes and side streets, majestic panoramas of the Bosphorus, and an impressive assortment of accommodation options for all budgets and tastes.
