The worst place ever, bathrooms have mold, leaking shower cube, window blinders don't function well - can't pull them up, they lie to you with the preview - economy room is TINY!!! so when you get there, you get an "offer" to upgrade to "delux" which is still very very bad! Its written in the description - iron, ironing facilities,... More

The location is perfect, near the Istiklal street and Taksim. The room I stayed in was small but nice and clean. Towels changed daily, everything you need is there. Staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. Decent service that won't make you bankrupt.

The hotel is located in the heart of Taksim and is very close to the metro station. There is a lift in the mansion. Receptionists, Fesih and Seper are really kind, patient, and helpful. Unfortunately, Taksim is rather a noisy area where is not preferred by everybody. Cheap local restaurants can be easily found nearby. One is just at the... More

Great hotel. Perfect staff. Very friendly and cosy. Rooms are clean and tidy. The only thing that you can be bothered about is size of the room and noise from the street with bars. However it is worth to stay there if you are not going to spend all day long at home

There's no words to describe this filth. This is not a hotel, but a house for mold. There are wretched smell from the bathroom. The sheets have holes and cigarette burns. I stayed on the 6th floor and the ceiling was leaking. I crouched on my bed so I don't touch the disgusting mold filled bed frames. Do NOT stay... More

I stayed in this hotel during every trip to Istanbul. The tips of Mustafa (the owner) are highly appreciated. The rooms need refurbishment although the location of the hotel is strategical for an independent traveler as I am. The windows sound proofed, AC working. Will come back for sure as I made friends in there. Wishing all the best to... More

I enjoyed my stay in this very friendly and conveniently placed hotel very much indeed. It is in a charming location in the tiny alleys a stone's throw from the grand boulevard of Beyoglu and not at all far from Taksim metro station and the Funicular railway that takes one to Kabatash, from which various boats can taken. It is... More

I made a reservation for this hotel through its website. I paid when I arrived via my credit card. I signed a receipt in Turkish Lira, therefore, i noticed later that the amount was 8 euros more. It's not a big amount, but still.. When i mentioned it to the owner he didn't say much and tried to assure me... More

I reserved this hotel through OneTravel.com and chose it because it was cheap. Location of this hotel is good in one sense. It is very close to the famous İstiklal Cd (Ave.). But it is also terrible because it is located one street behind the famous drinking area, Nevisade Sokak. The loud noises of parties and drinking go on through... More

The hotel is very well located and the staff is excellent! Even taking the smalest room, we felt it comfortable and relaxing. It is a good choice if you want to pay good price and be around Taksim, also easy and accessible to get to other places - you can find buses, metro and ferry around.
