Located just steps from Istanbul’s most famous thoroughfare, Istiklal Caddesi, Peradays is a small and affordable 9 suite B&B. Housed in a 19th-century townhouse contrasting with it's modern minimalist interiors this B&B has lots of character. The rooms that are spacious and most of them have balconies. The decor is charming and warm and the location is fantastic. The breakfast,... More

The owners are amazing, they will go out of their way to make you comfortable. The breakfast is just the best that I have had anywhere (umm..the olives) and the location is extremely close to the top spots and bustling atmosphere. Room is cosy, clean and different than what most hotels and guesthouses would offer. Great value for money.

We stayed three separate times in this beautiful property over a period of four weeks, as we decided to base ourselves in Istanbul for our recent holiday. Murat, Murat and Bora were extremely helpful throughout and each one of them gave a special flavour to our stays. They organised multiple airport transfers for us and held part of our luggage... In a wonderful quiet location near the bustling Istiklal Street, this place is in a very old building with a charming, modern interior. There's a roof with a nice view and little tables on the fire escapes where you can relax. The owners are extremely friendly and served us coffee and snacks on a very hot day as we arrived... More

Murat and the Peradays team really made our stay. We felt like we we're coming to our second home! Service was impeccable, boutique hotel with cosy setting, and wonderful recommendations for dinner and sightseeing in our short time there. Felt like family by the time we left! Also, a gift left for us for New Years Eve was very kind... More

Peradays is wonderful for many reasons but most importantly because of Murat,Murat and Bora! Each one of them was beyond welcoming and that is what our made our stay so great. When Murat A. found out my husband and I were celebrating our first wedding anniversary he presented us with a traditional Turkish gift for marriages! All three men were... More

We travelled through Turkey for 2 weeks and stayed in 2 different hotels in Istanbul at the beginning and end of our trip and this place was truly the best. I shouldn't only compare this to small hotels in Turkey because it was one of the best places we have ever stayed in. The owners are the most accommodating people,... More

What's not to like?? Bora and Murat were wonderful hosts which made our trip to Istanbul that much more amazing! They are the most warm and welcoming hosts we've encountered. The photos of the property are very accurate. The architecture of the hotel is very modern and hip. They have a cute and friendly grey cat with a red bell... More

Peradays is an excellent place in the vibrant Beyoglü. We really felt at home and enjoyed getting back to our room each night. But the best part is without doubt the three guys running the hotel: Murat, Murat and Bora. They are extremely friendly and helpfull and they go out of their way to help you feel wellcome. Highly recommendable!

Staying in Beyoglu

Neighborhood Profile
Beyoglu
Istanbul’s most famous street, pedestrianized Istiklal Caddesi (Independence Avenue), throbs day and night and offers a fantastic array of architectural sights, shops, treats, and throngs upon teeming throngs of people. At the avenue’s northeastern end is expansive Taksim Square, thought by many to be the very heart of the city, with many of Turkey’s most renowned restaurants and some of Europe’s most happening nightlife in close proximity. In striking contrast, Beyoglu’s less trafficked areas – such as the affluent Cihangir and the antiques district of Cukurcuma – exude Old World charm and provide contemplative calm and splendid diversion via an assortment of cozy cafes, attractive boutiques, and quiet lanes.
