The hotel is located near Aksaray which is near the historical sites. Most of it's rooms are occupied by Iranians or Eastern Euopeans. The staff are not friendly nor helpful and can seldom speak English. The Internet Lobby was not good either. Many time it went off. I was supposed to be there for 3 nights but on my first... More

I stayed in a single room at Rouge Noir hotel for 3 nights in Jan. The room was pretty good and clean. They have daily base room cleaning system. However towels and blankets don't get changed and they just get folded and tidy. They swept the room as well. You shouldn't expect a real 3* hotel, but it responded what... More

First of all, lets start with the position of the hotel. Its located 2,5 km from Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. this hotel is average but the location is good because is near to sales. The stuff were friendly but unfortunately unfortunately unfortunately they are theives. I really mean it.
