Location was a plus. Easy to find. Rooms were small but clean. Not the most comfortable bed. Service was great. Very helpful with rides to the airport. Breakfast selection was very good. The only thing that kinda sucked was that our AC was not working. Thankfully it wasn't terribly hot.

The staff at Ayasultan are fantastic. We encountered a number of problems, with transfers and tours in particular, and the staff could not have been more helpful. There were also some small issues with the hotel, but the staff's willingness to help meant that everything was sorted out as soon as possible. Hotel is in a great location, with easy... More

Good location but that is where the good ends. It is a construction site so for the daytime, it is very noisy. The breakfast is realy poor in the sence that it is the same everyday. No fresh fruit, the cold meat and cheese, from very poor quality. They can realy put a better effort in. The mattresses are in... More

The location is excellent within walking distance to almost all the old sites to see, staff very helpful and value not bad at all. Rooms are a little on the small side, and unfortunately renovations were ongoing during the day when we were there, but not a big deal as we were normally out and about during the day. Watch... More

Pros: the location of the hotel is very close to Sultanahmet tram station and many of the attractions. the staff are very helpful and friendly. Cons: First Cleanliness!! we were stating in two rooms. both were unclean. it was obvious that the maids were just surface cleaning the rooms. When we first checked in we saw hair and shampoo/conditioner stains... More

I am staying for the second and last night at this hotel, and hoping I get some sleep. The Hotel staff is lovely, they allowed me to check in early on my first day, and informed me that they have a luggage room if the room was not ready. It is located across from a school that celebrated graduation with... More

Room is adequate and clean, decoration is simply. Breakfast on rooftop then you can get the view of old town but breakfast is the same everyday. Service and... More

The Ayasultan hotel was fantastic. The location was walking distance of the Blue Mosque and Hagia sofia. There are cute restaurants in all directions of the hotel. Most of all the service we have recieved from the hotel staff (Mert & Ozkan) made us feel at home - After a long day out they would offer us some turkish tea... More

Positive - This hotel is quite centrally located at the Old Town. Everything is a walk away to all the main sight and restaurant are nearby as well. The Staff was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and FRIENDLY . But unfortunately I have more negative comment than the positive. Negative Firstly - I've stayed at the fourth floor and this is a warning... More
