Very romantic place! So comfy and so nice! We got a honeymoon suite and spent wonderful 3 days there! Would definitely recommend it to everyone! It doesn't have a good view, but it's very comfy. Breakfasts are great!

This time I had the best room in the hotel: the balcony overlooks the Blue Mosque! In a neighborhood of lovely wooden houses from the Ottoman era, you are just two blocks from the Sultanamet-Ayasofia plaza. Restaurants all around. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Arasta Market is also nearby.

In the heart of the Sultanahmet and within walking distance to all major sites. Room was nice size and comfortably appointed. Staff spoke excellent English and were helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely be my first choice when I return to Istanbul!

We just recently returned from a 2 week European vacation, which included a cruise. We stayed at the Biz Cevahir (Sultanahamet region) for 3 additional nights post cruise. Since November is low tourist season, we were given a complimentary upgrade from a Deluxe to a Balcony room. I would say that knowing what I know now, I would have booked... More

I stayed here on an extended layover in Istanbul. Wish I'd had longer in the city, but for an overnight stay this is a great option. They provide easy private transfer from the airport to the hotel, upon request. My name was printed on a sign at the airport and I was taken right to the hotel, the cost simply... More

The staff were so kind and helpful. The location is great, the hotel itself is lovely. Good breakfast is included. It is a real bargain. Also, it is very close (walking distance) to many great tourist areas. There are very good nearby restaurants as well.

I recommend this hotel without reservation. It is modern with tasteful decor and decoration. Ideally located in the centre of the old city, the hotel is just a couple of minutes walk from Sultanahmet Square and the main attractions of Blue Mosque, Aghia Sofia, Basilica Cistern and Topkapi Palace. The Grand Bazaar is a 15 minute walk away. There are... More

Located in a quaint neighbourhood close to some must-visit historical sights in Istanbul, the hotel's charm lies in its cozy rooms and friendly, warm service. A simple breakfast served until 1030am suits late starters. Wifi is good. We had a late flight leaving Istanbul, and the hotel was accommodating with a late check out at a reasonable charge. The surrounding... More

This hotel is conveniently located in the Sultanahmet area. For first time visitors, it is ideal because of it's proximity to the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace. There are restaurants, convenience stores, a bank and cafes all within a 3 block radius. The staff was wonderfully attentive and the rooms are modern/updated. There is also a delicious breakfast... Staying in Sultanahmet

Neighborhood Profile
Sultanahmet
With so many unmissable attractions within a mere stroll of each other – and all set around the site of an ancient Byzantine hippodrome – Sultanahmet is an overwhelmingly popular tourist destination, and a prime location for visitors to be wowed on a truly epic scale. Beyond the wonders of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and more, this relatively small area of Istanbul somehow manages to retain an air of peace and calm. It offers visitors a significantly less celebrated but nonetheless pleasant network of quaint lanes and side streets, majestic panoramas of the Bosphorus, and an impressive assortment of accommodation options for all budgets and tastes.
